We had such a great meal and experience at Bing Bing Dumplings (formerly Panda) in Vienna! The place is super cute inside with fun panda décor...cozy, clean, and great for families. The owner and her family are so kind and welcoming, she even showed us how the dumplings are made while we waited!
The dumplings are incredible. They're huge, packed with delicious filling, and clearly homemade. Portions are generous and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The cucumber salad was bright and refreshing too. Ordering on the tablet is easy, with photos to help guide you.
It’s the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal after running errands on Maple Ave, between kids’ sports, or just to enjoy delicious food made with love. Definitely a new Vienna favorite; we can’t wait to go back!

I never leave any reviews but this will be my first! Very small cute dine-in with a panda themed setting which catches your eye right away. My girlfriend and I ordered; Crab Rangoons, Panda, Beef & the Triple Delight dumplings (all steamed). All of them came out perfect and tasted really good! 🤩 Owner is also very nice & kind and cares about her customers. 👍🏼 I would also recommend the Mango Passion Fruit & Strawberry Rose fruit tea! We’ll be coming back here soon. 😁

Best dumplings I have had in a while. Business changed name, but same owner, was Panda Dumpings. Near Vienna Car Wash on Maple Avenue. Free limited parking in parking lot. One table outside, majority of tables inside. Very polite staff. Some new items introduced that are not on menu yet. Anime type items also for sale. Various popular drink options. Go!

This spot was such a great find! The food was delicious, portions were just right, and everything came out super fast and fresh. I tried the gyudon beef bowl for $15.98 and it was absolutely worth it—tender, flavorful beef with perfectly cooked rice MUST TRY! . We devoured it so quickly I barely had time to take a picture (just the empty plate left 😅). The dumplings were also a hit. The restaurant was very clean, prices are fair, and the owner is so nice. Please please come visit!! It’s definitely worth it.

The owner Bing Bing is so sweet. As long as the restaurant is not too busy she will wait on you hand and foot. Everything is made fresh daily and is very flavorful. We were offered a complementary drink in the mango fruit tea, which was quite delicious and refreshing. A definite repeat stop in future travels.
