Rich, creamy ice cream in large sizes that are available with both classic and limited-time flavors (I got Dubai chocolate). I went on a weekday evening and there was a short line but I was served quickly! The cones come with drip protectors which are perfect during the summer heat. Get your ice cream today 🍦😋

Pathetic sundae for $10+ and a tip. Two smallish scoops of ice cream, and I had to look to see if there was actually fudge. Please tell me this was laziness and not your new normal.

Story time: Just moved to Vienna this past Sunday and I screamed, my family screamed for ice cream after dinner and baught a half a gallon of our favorite flavor Butter Pecan.
That evening, I noticed my wallet went missing and wasn’t sure if I left it there and called the shop. Long story short, i got the phone number to the franchise owner Mohamed. He answered right away and offered to go through their surveillance camera recordings. He found the footage and saw that I was carrying my wallet after paying for my purchase.
Mohamed took the time to take snips and portions of the footage and texted back.
No, I haven’t found my wallet yet, but wanted to take some time to write this review. There are still some great people like Mohamed out there that are compassionate and truly care about their customers, community AND make some really uh-mazing ice cream!
I wanna send a great big THANK YOU to Mohamed and his team📣👏

They need to get trained well because they gave me almost double times less scoop than it’s supposed to be. I paid for two scoops but got 1 scoop amount. My friend ordered same size and it was visibly x2 bigger than mine. We always go to Brusters but first time in this location and this is the only place this is happening.
