Not a big ice cream guy but had to post because I tried this the other day and it’s delicious. Definitely one of the best shakes I’ve had, and that’s mainly because the ice cream is quality. They have some great flavors, just wish it was open late over the summer on Friday/Saturdays

Excellent service by the little ladies. The ice cream was very good! We liked all the flavors. I usually do not like ice cream and prefer ice and yogurt because of the sweetness. I really liked this ice cream. It's very well balanced. Kids under a certain height get a free ice cream cone, so that was awesome.

The ice cream here is SOOOO delicious and creamy and best of all .. fresh! The only tiny drawback is that there is no indoor dining so you have to stay outside to enjoy your ice cream. Now that the falls is here it may have to be eaten in the comfort of your car.

We just visited the Vienna VA store at 8.15pm today and ordered 5 single scoops in cups and cons. I requested to fill up scoops properly but the staff totally ignored the customer's request and partially filled the scoops. Staff showed no curtesy and very unfriendly. Very bad service and quantity. There is no value for money at all! Train your staff properly, how to behave with customers, and fill up the scoops fully when you are charging customers full amount. They are ruining your business.

I’m familiar with Bruester’s from upstate New York and glad ? they are now in Virginia. This location is convenient in the heart of Vienna VA. I keep things simple and had a small 2 scope cone. Chocolate Almond Coconut ? and Pistachio. Wow ? both were delicious ?. Best way ever to break a diet. They also have a couple places to sit outside and one was out of the sun ☀️ which was nice.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love to visit here and there are a lot of ice cream ? choices ?

If you are a person of any color except white, do not come here the employees are the worst. I have been to this location many times, but the last four times I have been here. I’ve been having the worst experiences with the employees and ice cream. Out of irony, this girl put five scoops of ice cream when I asked for one, never coming here again
