They care more about being a hookah bar than an actual restaurant. Before these new owners came the food quality was fresh, now it’s horrible and cooked in bad used cooking oil. The front counter guy even looked at me weird for asking for ranch, do not go to this location if you’re expecting a real B7.

It's a specialty halal burger joint that also doubles as a hookah joint. The staff are friendly but they focus more towards their hookah customers over restaurant customers. Also, they kind of screwed up my order a few times before getting it right. Also, they took my order with bacon but turns out they ran out and didn't bother to correct it until I did. Instead of processing a refund for the difference, we agreed for an additional side item. (Which turns out was not in my favor.) I recommend it to anyone who is going here to go when they are focusing on their restaurant customers. If not, try going elsewhere.

Recently, I visited Burger 7 with high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me with mixed feelings. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any requests. They were accommodating, and their friendly demeanor added to the positive vibe of the place. Despite the disappointment with the food, the exceptional service made up for it to some extent.Now, coming to the food, I must admit it fell short of expectations. The burger, which is the restaurant's namesake, was overcooked, resulting in a dry and somewhat tasteless patty. The bun was also on the harder side, which made the overall burger experience less enjoyable. The accompanying fries were a letdown as well. It was evident that they had been reheated, as they lacked the crispy texture and freshness one would expect.While the food left a lot to be desired, the environment and service at Burger 7 were commendable. With some improvements in the kitchen, this place has the potential to become a top-notch burger joint. There's a possibility that they may have died in that back kitchen, as there wasn't a single response from any life form. If you want a great burger steer clear of this place and go somewhere else.

The veggie burger is not made fresh, it's a Doctor Pragers burger out of the box and they'll serve it to you barely cooked. I never buy that brand of veggie burger at the store and I'm disappointed I paid $15 for it here. Absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold and tasted like they'd been cooked days ago and reheated in a microwave. The bathrooms had no soap, also gross. The presentation? They put the fries, and burger in a small lunch bag all together and the grease completely soaked through. This place is absolute trash.
