Great place for coffee. Avoid during busy times though as the quality of drinks decline significantly.

I live within ten min of this place but prefer the Starbucks or other chain coffee spots for one reason: the staff is a mess. Almost every time I have gone, they forget one or more of my drinks. They call the drinks as they are completed, and this past Saturday was the worst experience yet. They got one out right away, then the second one was just left to sit. I looked back and saw the cup for it with my name for the second drink in my order. They had no idea I was paying attention to what they were doing at this point. They had the nerve to forget about it, then joke with each other about “I was wondering what that was”. I continued to wait, thankfully thinking they finally noticed but, after five more minutes, I asked (because now we are at 20 min after my first drink came out) and there was no apology, no nothing, just a “yea, we’re making it now”. An apology goes a long way in this kind of situation, I did not get one. After nearly thirty min after ordering , they call my name for the second drink in the order, no apology for the delay or the fact that they completely forgot it during the rush. This is the regular attitude of this place, it has happened the few times I’ve been there but not to this amount of time. An apology, at the very least, was beyond warranted. And to the workers: your customers are listening. Most of them probably have years worth of education you wish you had. Be courteous. I’d rather give Starbucks my business and tips after the beyond abysmal service at my most recent visit.

Great coffee shop, convenient location. And a lot of Saturday nights, they have an eclectic open mic night that is a lot of fun. Very nice people.

Amouri has become my go-to spot for a midday pick-me-up—a true local gem that’s been part of the community for years. The staff is always super friendly, and they offer both safe classics and adventurous coffee options. It’s definitely a place to soak in the good vibes of Vienna’s community.

They make a really excellent London Haze, and the Strawberry Fields was fun, too. Interesting decor, with all the records on the wall as well as the boxing gloves.

Took over 20 minutes to get a Latte, Americano and Croissant. Waiting area is too small. Random people touched my coffee while I was wading through everyone to get to it.
Croissant was not even warmed up, just given cold at the start of the wait. 20 minutes later after getting the coffee, had to wait another 10 minutes to ask them to warm it. They started heating up a toaster and then decided to just chuck the croissant into a microwave. Turned it into a soggy mess.
Coffee is average as well. For the prices, presentation matters as well. Lots of trash and dirty dishes in the eating area. Coffee was given in paper cups instead of dishes, even for a sit in order. It's a mad house in the ordering area, they need to rethink how they flow people in and get them their coffee. They need more espresso machines apparently.
Not worth the price or wait. Second time I've been extremely disappointed by the food here, they just buy it at a grocery store and throw it together.

I understand that Sundays at 11 a.m. can be really busy, but the latte served in a disposable cup instead of a mug tasted pretty bad. The croissant I ordered wasn’t fresh either. Were my expectations too high? With a 4.6 rating, I thought it would be better.
The croissant was so bad that I asked them to warm it up, but they microwaved it and it came out completely soggy. Cyclists, don’t bother coming here. I guess the only reason they have so many customers is because of the location.

Love the coffee here! But that “pride” rainbow is hard to handle.

If you know Vienna, Virginia, you’ve likely heard the name Caffe Amouri tossed around like a local legend — and for good reason. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a community epicenter, a caffeine temple, and an ever-evolving classroom for all things coffee.
Whether you're a shot-of-espresso minimalist or a honey-cinnamon-latte enthusiast, this place delivers. Not just in flavor — but in feeling.
Everything here is intentional — from the ethically sourced beans roasted in-house to the baristas trained like artisans. The menu is built for exploration: pumpkin pie lattes in the summer? Yes. Custom honey-cinnamon creations with bear-shaped latte art? Definitely.
“I got a pumpkin pie latte… in the summer. It was wonderful!”
“The barista made the cutest bear latte art — and the flavor was on point.”
“Over a decade of coffee shops coming and going — this one still ranks highest.”
This is a café that doesn’t chase trends. It sets its own rhythm — and Vienna follows.
Step in during an open mic night and the vibe transforms: spoken word, indie guitarists, poets — it’s a caffeine-fueled performance space where art meets espresso. Or enroll in one of their coffee roasting classes, where you’ll learn that crema and crackling beans are part of a love language.
“We came for a roasting class… ended up staying for open mic night!”
“Album covers on the wall, comfy seating, and a crowd that feels like regulars.”
Sip. Snack. Stay Awhile.
Caffe Amouri isn’t designed for a quick grab-and-go (though it can be). It invites you to settle in — laptop or not — and let the ambiance work its magic.
“Spacious, comfy, and full of locals.”
“Hand-shaken iced tea and brownies? Don’t sleep on them.”
“Even after all these years, their iced americano is still unbeatable.”
Just don’t show up too late for pastries — the good stuff disappears fast.

This is a great little place for coffee in the middle of Vienna. As a mobile notary, I've had to find creative places to meet people at, and this one has been comfortable for the signing of a document. Just wish there were some healthy vegan items to choose from.
