I absolutely loved the food at CAVA. The variety of protein options is impressive, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The grilled chicken was one of the best I’ve had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
Adding feta cheese, cucumber, and Kalamata olives created an outstanding combination of flavors. Everything was well balanced and delicious.
On top of that, Edwin, the team member who assisted me at the register, was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely great. Excellent customer service, and thank you for the recommendation of the pita chips—they were a perfect addition to the meal.
I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

I used to visit this CAVA often, and they always made great bowls. Recently, though, I’ve had a few disappointing experiences with both the food and the service. The food servers don’t seem very engaged or cooperative anymore.
Today, one employee was constantly talking to her coworkers while taking my order. She didn’t seem fully focused on preparing my bowl. She even asked if my order was for carryout but didn’t give me a bag until I asked for one. Overall, it felt like she wasn’t paying full attention to her work.therefore it made my experience a bit sad

I’ve been to Cava’s all over VA and this is my ONLY negative experience. Rude employees. I always order the same thing which they up charged me for in this location and when I walked away from the counter after unwillingly paying. They started laughing and giggling to each other.

I went to eat today and there was a sick employee coughing all over the food she was making. How can a manager allow a sick employee to work in food prep.
Every time I order from this location they mess up my order. Can’t wait until robots replace these humans who can’t follow simple instructions.

Update on my continued issues with Cava, $10 coupon is all. This is ridiculous, spent $50 + on delivery more than three times and they wouldn’t give me a refund one of the many orders they messed up.I WILL BE CHARGING BACK ON MY CARD I WILL NOT SPEND ONE DIME HERE EVER AGAIN! Also I’ll be sending in a report to the BBB.
