Tasty food, but their catering needs improvement. I ordered catering for an office function from this location. The catering website is fairly antiquated. If you make a change to the order, you have to email a support line, and then have that support line send the change to the location. I made two changes to my order, but despite support agreeing to the change, neither change was actually performed. When I emailed support for assistance or a partial refund for the incorrect orders, I was told by support that the catering manager would reach out to me. The catering manager did not reach out to me. Other catering services allow you to change and edit the order online up to 24 hours before the event.

Edwin helped me out! We were in the area at an appt up the street and wanted to order to go really quick. However the app pulled up McLean as the closest (15min away) instead of the Vienna location that was right up the street. So, we accidentally ordered from McLean. I didn’t realize until I showed and didn’t see our order on the to go racks. I embarrassingly told Edwin the situation and he FLAWLESSLY fixed it with no hesitation! Service was incredible here and that’s why we keep coming back. Thank you again Edwin! You saved us a headache.

I really wanted to love CAVA. Especially since I love “healthy bowls” however, I found them to be a bit pricy for what you get. It also lacked flavor and tasted kind of bland.I don’t know maybe I should give them another chance and try a different bowl.
