Excellent place, I loved its spaciousness, all the workers were very attentive and the decorations that a gentleman was making with balloons in the place were very beautiful, my nieces are very attracted to places with balloons. The spicy chicken Biscuit is nice and the food came out quickly. However, the only small gripe is the bad and abominable location. The intersection is an abominable Nightmare on Elm Street.

Very nice, hard-working employees who work to address any concerns with food, and the last time I went here, I was shocked that my food was delivered in two minutes after I ordered. Food is always freshly made, and served in a timely manner. Place is pretty clean too.

***Unusually bad customer service for a Chic -fil-a***. I received a $25 gift card from a friend. Upon scratching to reveal the pin, the card numbers were scratch because the numbers are right next the the pin (terrible design). Though the poor gift card design is no fault of the store employees, the manager I spoke with was dismissive and I got the impression she thought I was either trying to scam them or she just didn't care to help. This is very disappointing because visit this Chic-fil-a often due to it being very close to my job. Usually Chi-fil-a has exceptional customer service, but this incident has encouraged me to visit the many other options on Maple Ave during my lunches moving forward.

I came here to pick up my order & got completely ignored by the employee, she walked passed me twice & as I was saying excuse me to her & I was being very friendly. I don't understand why but this is the last time I come here. Thanks for the experience.

4 across the board here. The food was only 4 stars because we did a pickup order and the food was already getting cold. Not the restaurant's fault in it being cold. The Chik-Fil-A app isn't accurate in saying you are at the correct location. We were 15 minutes away when we ordered, outside another Chik-Fil-A.
Wow. Dennis saved the day today! I accidentally ordered from this store instead of another one in Vienna and he immediately gave me a refund. It took about 3 minutes for me to call, request the refund and have everything be complete. Thank you Dennis and Chick-fil-A for such great customer service!
