I made my reservation using the “Taste of Chima” promotional code. Unfortunately, the code was not honored at checkout, and I was charged over $300 for the meal. Based on the promotion, I expected the total to be closer to $150.
While the rodizio experience was fine, it did not reflect a $315 value. At that price point, we could have enjoyed a full-course dining experience elsewhere.
I am disappointed and feel misled by the promotion. I would appreciate clarification on why the code was not applied and how this can be resolved.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Chima Steakhouse, and Wesley was the reason it truly stood out. From the moment we were seated, he demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.
Even while the restaurant was at maximum capacity, Wesley remained composed, attentive, and fully engaged. He never allowed the busy environment to affect the quality of his service. He anticipated our needs, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured every detail of our experience was flawless.
His ability to deliver calm, precise, and elevated service under pressure speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Wesley made us feel like valued guests, not just another table, and that level of care is rare to find.
Wesley represents the gold standard of customer service and is a tremendous asset to Chima Steakhouse. Because of him, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

First off, when we called to confirm our reservation and see if there could be any changes to be made—whatever lady that picked up with the heavy Arabic accent was extremely rude and patronizing and would not allow us to do so without charging $10 a person. That’s fine, rules are rules, but there is 0 reason to say things like, “I can’t do anything, do you want to cancel it or not” in an impatient voice. As if WE, the paying (an exorbitant price) patrons, are the ones inconveniencing HER, the person who works there.
Secondly, when we did show up to the Valentines Day dinner, the dinner absolutely was below par. No service for at least 10 minutes after we sat down, the salad bar picked over and mangy and not even serving the side dishes of the cheese bread and/or plantains. We put in our drink order after 15 minutes and then waited for the guys with the meat to come over to serve the cuts. Basically none of them came, except with cuts nobody wanted. Did not get the pineapple, had to ask at least 4 times for the filet mignon to make its round and the meat servers seemed like they were over the whole situation. Couldn’t even bother to serve the right temperature. If I say medium rare, don’t serve a piece that’s literally brown?? And they give ONE piece and walk away. Oh and that drink we ordered? Came around the time we were asking for the check. We were in and out in 45 minutes because we couldn’t sit around waiting for subpar service and cold pieces of meat that we filled up on air between the rounds.
The bill came out to 70++ per person, which was extremely overpriced for what we got. No side dishes. A disgusting salad bar. Cold meat. 0 service.
Do NOT come here. I have dined at various Fogo de Chaos, Texas de Brazil, Guapao Gaucho… this was the absolute worst experience of all time. Nothing romantic about it at all, especially for Valentine’s Day. If you’re so understaffed or under prepped for this day, don’t ask for $70++ per person and promise a valentines experience.
This absolutely ruined our Valentine’s Day and I am 100% sure it ruined other’s as well.

It was absolutely amazing the food was delicious the Valentines day speacial was well worth it. We had shrimp steaks chicken and champagne. The cold salad baer had pretty good side dish options. The. Staff was very friendly. It cost about $300 for my wife and I with tip.

Today i was celebrating my birthday and valentines day. This is my favorite restaurant but this time the experience was different. Thanks to Karas our waiter he made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and Jose O. He brought us laughs and a good time. I will be returning very soon. When I tell you this is the best Brazilian Steakhouse in the area, I am not lying. Each cut of meat perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salad bar is fresh and delicious, if you are a fan of cheese, their variety is great. Great service, very attentive. The restaurant is a little loud, but expected. Parking is near but valet makes it easy and convenient. Make a reservation in advance. Definitely worth trying!
