Fantastic dining experience! All we had to do was sit and the staff would bring large pieces of meat and cut them fresh from the bone to our plates. Such a wonderful way to serve! Let us try everything. Yum!

Reservation at 6:30 arrived 6:20 seated 6:45. Seated at table with constant cold breeze near front door. Had to wear coat all time still not comfortable. Very noisy hard to speak with waiter.

Another Excellent Thanksgiving Dinner experience! Our table attendent was excellent and wveryone seemed super-responsive to each request. We look forward to continuing our tradition of having Thanksgiving Dinner at Chima for years to come!

We where trying to celebrate a special occasion but we received what I think was one of the worst tables in the restaurant, right outside the kitchen, we barely received steak, probably we only tried 4 cuts in total over and over, having to wait long time till someone noticed us. We understand that the restaurant was full but we sawed the servers and managers cooking all the cuts for multiple specific tables but no one coming to our table, I asked twice to ask them to bring some good cuts but never received them, server NEVER checked on us, we had to listen how one of the managers was rudely talking to one of the employees in middle of our dinner, all this just ruined the night honestly. Never had this terrible experience in Chima before, I'm very disappointed and sad that I can't get a good review this time.

She took such great care of our large group and was particularly wonderful with the children, making sure everyone felt welcome and attended to. The service was excellent. Every steak that was brought out was very good. Surprisingly the best dish there was the grilled pineapple. The garlic steak is also very good too. I would recommend for a date night or birthday dinner.
