Food was just as flavorful as ever. However, I found my meal today to be overly salted. Exact same meal I always have -- bowl, chicken, pintos, Brown rice, corn, salsa and a little bit of cheese. The food is quite good enough and doesn't need to be salted so much!

This place used to be a staple for us despite the declining portions but will avoid going forward. Local teens hang out here and this place charged a group of kids 2x when they asked for a 50-50 portion of meat. They didn’t have an adult with them. The cashier told them it was double meat and charged them for 2 burritos instead of one. Kids were too timid to push back. Really disappointing!

I was disappointed that the Leesburg location 1001 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176 didn't have any Tabasco Chipoltle flavor. They were totally out. I was so bummed. Did they get more?

If you are vegetarian or have any kind of allergens, stay away from this Chipotle location (and any Chipotle in general). Posting this review because I have had meat in a veggie bowl on several occasions. There is also a general lack of cleanliness in the serving area with food on the counter being swept back into the serving containers. There is very little concern for cross-contamination here; I have noticed juices from the meats dripping into the queso several times and have had meat pieces in veggie bowls as mentioned previously. It is also difficult to get in contact with their customer support team when an issue is found due to automated chatbots and hidden phone numbers.

I’m putting in this review not just for this Location. I’ve been ordering online from different locations. The problem you guys have is that you put one person dealing with online ordering and then all the other people are serving on the other line but the problem sometimes I go and your order is delaying on online When I go to the store I see all the people out front. They are doing nothing. The line is empty and then the other person on the online ordering he’s by himself I don’t think you guys believe on the teamwork they supposed to help him because sometimes the online ordering are so busy and then upfront there is no people to order And you still have three people out front doing nothing this is what I saw please your food is good. Take care of your customer service and then has to be quick because it’s a quick serve place.

She handed me an order for a completely different person. Smh what is the point of online ordering if I’m going to wait the same amount of time as people who order in the restaurant.

Barely they add food in the bowl.....if you can't afford it then close it down ...but if I am paying market pri e for the meal then I want my meal......I get a bowl from other locations and I am feeling good....this time my 14 yrs old daughter was hungry after eating the bowl.....not fair practice....Will never go to this location again....may be will stop going to Chipotle at all
