Found hair in my food. Really really ruined my experience!

If you are vegetarian or have any kind of allergens, stay away from this Chipotle location (and any Chipotle in general). Posting this review because I have had meat in a veggie bowl on several occasions. There is also a general lack of cleanliness in the serving area with food on the counter being swept back into the serving containers. There is very little concern for cross-contamination here; I have noticed juices from the meats dripping into the queso several times and have had meat pieces in veggie bowls as mentioned previously. It is also difficult to get in contact with their customer support team when an issue is found due to automated chatbots and hidden phone numbers.

I’m putting in this review not just for this Location. I’ve been ordering online from different locations. The problem you guys have is that you put one person dealing with online ordering and then all the other people are serving on the other line but the problem sometimes I go and your order is delaying on online When I go to the store I see all the people out front. They are doing nothing. The line is empty and then the other person on the online ordering he’s by himself I don’t think you guys believe on the teamwork they supposed to help him because sometimes the online ordering are so busy and then upfront there is no people to order And you still have three people out front doing nothing this is what I saw please your food is good. Take care of your customer service and then has to be quick because it’s a quick serve place.

Placed an online order and the cashier was so out of it. Didn’t place my online pickup order in pick up order section. Couldn’t understand my name even after showing her the name and order number. She handed me an order for a completely different person. Smh what is the point of online ordering if I’m going to wait the same amount of time as people who order in the restaurant.

Barely they add food in the bowl.....if you can't afford it then close it down ...but if I am paying market pri e for the meal then I want my meal......I get a bowl from other locations and I am feeling good....this time my 14 yrs old daughter was hungry after eating the bowl.....not fair practice....Will never go to this location again....may be will stop going to Chipotle at all

I am one of the 26% of humans who can't tolerate the taste of cilantro. So when I go to Chipotle, I ask for a burrito with plain white rice without cilantro. Many online sources say to do this, which is great. I have never had a problem getting this done -- until this location. They flat out refused, and then, when I took a moment to think of something else to order, they tried to move to the next person. I ended up with tacos, which is fine. But I had my heart set on a burrito, and after standing in line for it and using up my lunch break, I was disappointed. I won't return because there's no point if I can't get uncontaminated ingredients.

Disappointing as all get out, I've been coming here and the Tysons location for years and always thought the better of this one because they gave feasible scoop sizes. Apparently not anymore. The meat was a tiny scoop and somehow they even majorly underscooped the rice. I love Chipotle but it's too expensive to be constantly underscooped

Horrible service, subpar food quality, zero sense of urgency from staff and egotistical managers that have zero business managing. Literally one of the worst Chipotle restaurants in the country.
Ordered a burrito. As I ordered the toppings the female worker would interrupt me and say “ISTHATIT?” and “ISTHATEVERYTHING?” we were the only ones in line. I guess she was in a hurry. I was served the ABSOLUTE SMALLEST BURRITO I have ever received at chipotle. I seriously considered walking away and not paying. I even complain there was almost no steak in it and they refused to give me more unless I paid extra. I asked for a discount because it was literally half as much food as I normally get at a chipotle. Oh; and the dining room was trashed and insanely dirty. Despite there being seven employees behind the counter there was not a single table wiped off or swept underneath. Crazy!

I ordered a veggie bowl from this location on June 23, 2025... vomited for hours that same night as a result and spent the next 2 days recovering. Unacceptable. I have reported this twice through the Chipotle app, but no response. Needless to say I won't order again.

Awful portions, worst I’ve ever seen in chipotle before. Got the literal smallest possible scoop of meat possible then when I asked for a little more I was told I have to pay for extra, extra being what any normal chipotle would give standardly. Won’t go back to this chipotle

First off, HORRIBLE portions! They need to learn how to make a burrito bc I got mine through an online order and it was smaller than the forks. Second, when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention she said “you didn’t have many ingredients” (even though I had 6 including guac) she then was reluctant to refund it and raised her voice and gave me a rude attitude. Then proceeded to toss the burrito onto the counter and proceed to another customer. I then went ahead and got a refund through the app. This chipotle has horrible workers as they are slow and the food is low quality. I recommend going to chick fil a next door as that is what I did after and had a pleasant experience and great food. Never eating at this chipotle location ever again.
