On April 19th at 9:45p I experienced an unfortunate encounter with multiple employees during my pick-up of an order at the listed location. The order according to the app was ready for pick-up and I proceeded inside. After noticing that my order wasn't there, I saw the staff running back and forth to try an clean, which I understand due to closing. No one acknowledge or asked if I needed assistance. There were other guest waiting for food as well. Customer services really failed us as after almost 7 mins later they were told where the line was. I was still waiting to be helped but skipped by customer who had came in to order food after I had been there already. I politely explained to the server that my order wasn't prepared and according to the app it was sent here. I am all about patience and professionalism, but it went down hill as I notice the server slapping and handling my food with no care or awareness. I get you're trying to close up for the day, but you chose this job and other people had long days as well, this is no excuse. Making me pay for your mistake an attitude is not the way for the staff to handle their personal problems. She even got the order wrong which was incredible seeing that the items were right on the order sticker.The second server was extremely rude by letting my food sit as she continued to clean. Other patrons and I watched as these two carried attitudes and made customers wait. After almost 15mins and standing silently for my order she takes a bag throws my food inside and sides and proceeds to throw the food on the counter to walk away. I immediately became angry by this action and demanded a manager. A gentlemen came from the hallway to speak with me. I explained the situation to him and he told me he confronted the workers, but I am not truly convinced this conversation happened or she was receptive to what was said. A slap on the hand for throwing food and carrying that attitude needs Corporate intervention. Maybe the whole staff needs training again.

Waited inline for 20 mins and when they get to the front to order they said no more ordering in store and online ordering only. Crazy.

Pretty bad asked for pulled pork and got the bottom of the barrel dried up sitting for three hours pulled pork. Not sure if chipotle is sinking in general or this one is just bad but definitely won't revisit this one.

Cashier Giselle was very rude throwing our food in the bag and throwing the bag at us when we were paying. We asked her if she was upset. They need better customer service as we were not asking for free food we are buying our food.

I think the server just had a bad day, I couldn’t hear well, so I kept asking her to repeat herself, and I think she got annoyed. She literally dumped entire spoonful of hot sauce and green sauce, when I only wanted one. She gave my meal a poor build. Unfortunately I had a bad experience this time around And it was truly due to the behavior of the employees. The food was cold as I came at the evening, which still is not an excuse at least give a discount if your gonna give us bottom of the barrel

Horrible customer service they make you feel so rush and they’re extremely cheap with everything. I ordered a triple chicken I there was barely 1.5 serving of chicken that I usually get from other chipotles .

Placed a pick up order for a chicken burrito on the app, and received a burrito with no chicken. Had I wanted a vegetarian burrito, I would’ve ordered such. Nothing worse than wasted time.

I just got in here and tried to put something together for my son. It was very little chicken to the point that it was ridiculous. I pointed it out to the person who was new. Probably in training because the person trining him was explaining to him in English at first, and when I made a comment about it, she switched to Spanish. After listening to her explanaining to the trainee on how to minimize the proteins to the patrons I told her that it is not appreciated. While paying she continued to instruct the trainee to “give poor service”. It’s sad to see because while prices go up patrons get less. Poor service plain and simple.I like chipotle - please help push back on poor service.
