They don't have a kiosk and they didn't skimp when making my salad. I love the salad options and I'm glad this location hasn't switched over to the kiosk ordering system.

My go to place for when I want an awesome salad. I love all the options here. Every salad I’ve tried I have loved. I wish they would have more drink options. The one I used to frequent in Union Station had organic soda fountain options plus Iced tea and lemonade. I wish this location would consider it too.

The only Chopt I’ve seen where everything is pre-chopped. Lettuce is wilted and gross as a result. Staff was rude and they were out of ingredients.

This place is great. Wonderful selection of different salads and different bowls to choose from. Or if you like you can build your own with many of their varied ingredients. Every time I've gone here I look forward to the friendly and well-trained young people behind the counter. Very courteous as well. My wife and I look forward to this being one of our favorite stops for healthy, tasty foods! And the kicker..... prices are very fair!

This place is so so so amazing! I had the chicken Tinga warm bowl and it was the best warm bowl I have ever had! Next time I will try the Mediterranean per recommendation. My wife had the kale Caesar salad and she loved it and my son had the white cheddar mac & cheese and it was so fantastic as well I even tried some and ate most of it for him. Their drinks are so refreshing their salad ingredients are so fresh and their sea salt caramels are also wonderful! If you ever get a chance to try this place you’ll be so happy that you did! We will certainly be back :-)Nataly who served us is the best! Super kind and sweet and helpful! She even gave me the best recommendation for what to eat since this was my first time. Oh, lastly the sweet tea was super fresh and tasty as well!

I get Chopt on average 3 to 5 times a week and I bypass the location closer to me and choose this location. The staff and specially the manager are the best. Friendly, clean and my salads are always made to perfection.

Very good food, but completely no ecological. They don't recycle anything and they could. The 3 stars is about the recycling that they don't do, the food is good and the price is fair.
I normally love Chopt so much. My favorite is their Mexican Caesar salad. However, last night when I was eating my salad I realized I was chewing on a big piece of plastic!! This chunk of what I think is plastic wrap was in my salad. I’m so disappointed because I did love Chopt so much and was a frequent customer :(

A little bit of an odd experience here. Some of the employees seemed annoyed when asked for something from the beginning. I got to the counter to pay and I showed my military ID to the one kind lady of my experience and she was a little unsure on how to do a military discount so called over another lady. I found it odd that this other lady asked me to pull out my military ID again and said "active military only." So, I responded, "I am active military" while showing my ID. She immediately went quiet and it made me feel uncomfortable.......an odd experience from stepping in and, unfortunately ended even weirder.
