Permanently closed on 12/18/2022, from FFX Now: Chopt quietly put its Vienna location on the chopping block over the weekend. The fast-casual salad eatery had its final day of business in the town on Sunday (Dec. 18), according to a notice posted to the door at 160 Maple Avenue West. Employees at the McLean location (1449A Chain Bridge Road) confirmed that the closure is permanent. The notice didn't provide a reason for the closure, and the company's corporate office didn't immediately return a request for comment.

They don't have a kiosk and they didn't skimp when making my salad. I love the salad options and I'm glad this location hasn't switched over to the kiosk ordering system.Vegetarian options: They have salads with non-meat alternatives.

My go to place for when I want an awesome salad. I love all the options here. Every salad I’ve tried I have loved. I wish they would have more drink options. The one I used to frequent in Union Station had organic soda fountain options plus Iced tea and lemonade. I wish this location would consider it too.

During the week I come in everyday Monday through Friday. The staff is friendly. Aside from that, this place fits my dietary regiment perfectly. I would recommend to anyone.

If your salad is served in a tubular bowl then ask why. My delivery order was spinach, egg, chicken and cheese. The order came to around $13. The tubular bowl has a ridiculous amount of spinach. I'll be very generous and say there was $1.50 of spinach. Sprinkled throughout this tornado of spinach was maybe a $1.50 of the other ingredients. A sliver of egg, a shred of cheese and maybe 3 diced cubes of chicken. The markup must approach wine in a restaurant and makes for a terrible salad. Stay far away

The only Chopt I’ve seen where everything is pre-chopped. Lettuce is wilted and gross as a result. Staff was rude and they were out of ingredients.

Clean, quick and polite service, and great salads. Not the boring iceberg lettuce with one cherry tomato type of salad that many restaurants offer, but good greens with lots of options for vegetables and protein. They have suggested salads but you can also make your own custom one.
This place is great. Wonderful selection of different salads and different bowls to choose from. Or if you like you can build your own with many of their varied ingredients. Every time I've gone here I look forward to the friendly and well-trained young people behind the counter. Very courteous as well. My wife and I look forward to this being one of our favorite stops for healthy, tasty foods! And the kicker..... prices are very fair!

It was my first time here at the Vienna location. I wanted to make it easy and I ordered the Palm Beach Salad with shrimp. Everything was fresh but she did not put the avocado into the salad. I'm very disappointed that they would omit this as this salad only called for 4 items to begin with. I didn't discover the error until I was already at home 5 miles away. The employees need training; when I asked her if the chicken was breast meat she didn't know.

This place is so so so amazing! I had the chicken Tinga warm bowl and it was the best warm bowl I have ever had! Next time I will try the Mediterranean per recommendation. My wife had the kale Caesar salad and she loved it and my son had the white cheddar mac & cheese and it was so fantastic as well I even tried some and ate most of it for him. Their drinks are so refreshing their salad ingredients are so fresh and their sea salt caramels are also wonderful! If you ever get a chance to try this place you’ll be so happy that you did! We will certainly be back :-)Nataly who served us is the best! Super kind and sweet and helpful! She even gave me the best recommendation for what to eat since this was my first time. Oh, lastly the sweet tea was super fresh and tasty as well!
