No a/c!!! We will wait until the weather becomes cooler before visiting here again.
Best tasting pizza I’ve had in a long time. Just phenomenal.
PLACE (6/10): It was a bit hard to find the place, it’s tucked away at the back. I’m not sure if the sign was small or if I just missed it. Inside, the design was either intentionally very minimalistic or slightly neglected. For example, there was a restroom but no sign; I had to ask to be sure.
PRICE (7/10): Standard pizzas cost $22. Build-your-own pizza starts at $14, with each additional topping costing $2. I made my own with mushroom, olive, meatball, and green pepper.
SERVICE (8/10): The crust was thin, so the vegetable flavors were more intense. Not exactly my style, but good for those who like it. Overall, not perfect but good enough.
ATTITUDE (9/10): Staff were very cheerful and welcoming.
CLEANLINESS (9/10): It's Ok.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): None.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Decent quality and friendly service, but the atmosphere could be improved.

One and done for Church St Pizza for us. Ordered online at 6:13pm. I arrived at 6:45 and was told it would be 20 min. After 40 more minutes, I was told that they just put in one of the two pizzas that I ordered at 6:13. When I asked why the delay, I was told that they “…just get backed up.” Needless to say, a horrible customer experience made a very average tasting pie that much worse. Never again.

Such a weird business. Their hours are super odd, they aren’t accepting orders half the time they are open, and their website is a mess. The pizza is great but as a business this just seems like more of a hobby to them. I frequently have to order pizza from everywhere else because it’s so complicated to get an actual order placed here.

It’s no Michelin 4 star restaurant but it’s the best NY style within 30 miles of Vienna. Call ahead to see if they’re open and they’ll never be closed when you go. The people who work there are pleasant and do their best to make you feel

Our favorite NY style pizza spot. Tastes the same as before they closed. Had no issues with placing the order or how long it took.

Church Street is the closest thing to a NY Slice as you can find in Vienna. Be prepared to wait for an oven backlog on a Friday night. Worth the wait tho!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Came with red chili flakes and parmesan on the side if you want to add more. Pizza came out hot, the crust was nicely crisped, cheese was gooey and pepperoni had a nice salty but not overpowering flavor to it. Food was reasonable priced and tasty. Church St is my go to for pizza in the area

Every time I come here to get a pizza, it's closed. Hey, if you wanna make pies retired, go do it in the home for the elderly folks. Finally, I get to try it, and it doesn't live up to the hype. As a self-proclaimed pizza lover who tries to eat a slice a day to keep the doctors at bay, it's good but nothing great. Too greasy. It's just hyped up, in my opinion, because Vienna is a small neighborhood feel, and everyone supports one another.
