I wasn’t gonna say anything, but I've repeatedly had a bad experience every time I come to the store. The biggest complaint is they always seem to run out of the cookie I order. I mean one experience they said they were out of one of their cookies in the beginning of the week midday, which as a cookie place who only makes cookies seems a little odd to me. Most recently I ordered using my points for a singular cookie, and when I arrive at the store they say they don’t have it at all. So I asked for a refund, but apparently when you order with points it’s not so easy and the employees can only help by giving you a number to message. Now I have to go through all these extra steps simply because they didn’t have the cookie I wanted. Another complaint is the staff, often times when I go there’s only one person even when they’re packed, and I feel bad for the employee because I can hear the rest of them laughing in the back. I understand things happen but to have a bad experience 4 out of the 5 times doesn’t make sense to me.

Slow service, was unaware our order was even ready since they dont call out, cookies were cold and they got our order wrong, told us they didnt have a cookie we wanted so we ordered something else and then in our order we had 2 different cookies we didnt order and missing one we ordered. The Falls Church location was a much better experience.

Was a little slow on order . Overall staff was nice.
Once we figured out we needed to order on the wall mounted computer screens, the process was quick & easy. The cookies are extremely expensive, but they're quite large. My daughter loved the taste of hers.
