I ordered from this location on 1/10 around 10:30pm. Please explain to me why my vanilla icecream Sundae was completely black. This guy drenched the Sundae in hot fudge to the point where I couldn’t taste anything else. It was disgusting and I almost barfed. When I asked him why my sundae was completely black, he stated it was the hot fudge and I told him this was way too much fudge. He just starred at me, as if he had no care and was not remaking it. In what world does a brownie Sundae contain this much fudge? These employees obviously need training and customer service skills. I will never go back!

Worst place ever! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. There’s only one worker, and she doesn’t talk or communicate at all. It took her almost an hour just to make one ice cream. Terrible service!

Prices are way too expensive, and there was only one employee behind the counter. She was making ice creams just fine but she didn’t speak any English and was just talking to herself or on the phone (and over the customers) THE ENTIRE TIME.
It took about a minute of two for the associate come to the front counter to take our order. Overall service was slow. Customer Service very low. We will give it a try another time.

This was disgusting. Ice cream equipment was not clean, the place is empty and I waited 10 minutes for an employee to show up. The worst part is the cockroaches on the floor. If you want something you feel safe eating, go somewhere else

Avoid. I’m fairly sure the woman over charged me, and then had the audacity to ask for a tip. We had a PB Pairfait, a medium blizzard and a small blizzard. It rang up to $27. Seemed off but the pricing wasn’t clearly marked in store.
