I gave it 3 stars instead of two just because the food didn’t get us sick and the lady was nice, but it was by far the worst donatos I’ve ever been to. It didn’t taste like donatos usually does, the ice machine was not working, the fountain soda was all syrup and no carbonation and it wasn’t even cold. Pizza came out with minimum amount of toppings and cheese, little to no sauce, and absolutely no flavor. Restaurant itself was empty, clean, cold, didn’t have anything on the tables or Parmesan and red pepper shakers (those were packets). The woman that took our order and brought the pizza to the table was very nice. It was such a disappointment that the pizza was less than mediocre that I don’t think I will ever return.

Tonight I ordered a pizza online and when I got there they baked the WRONG pizza. I had to wait for them to redo the pizza correctly and I asked the manager for some compensation for making me wait and she refused to provide anything except the pizza that I ordered. I believe that I should have been provided more than just a “sorry” here is your correct pizza.
UPDATE: I know mistakes happen and I was a little too harsh with my expectations. Donatos pizza is so good. I’ll give them a “bye” for this mistake.

They really have good pizza. The problem is they do not have enough people. The last two times I ordered I showed up on time, or even late, and they had not even started making my food yet. The first time I had to wait at least 20 minutes and they really weren’t busy. The second time I just gave up. It’s a real shame because they actually have good food.

I recently moved to the area and had been seeing it and finally decided to try it last night and let’s just say I went back tonight! Dana was super wonderful and helpful when asked about items on the menu and she made it a pleasant experience. She actually took the time and engaged with us to make our experience superior and made us feel welcomed!
