I gave it 3 stars instead of two just because the food didn’t get us sick and the lady was nice, but it was by far the worst donatos I’ve ever been to. It didn’t taste like donatos usually does, the ice machine was not working, the fountain soda was all syrup and no carbonation and it wasn’t even cold. Pizza came out with minimum amount of toppings and cheese, little to no sauce, and absolutely no flavor. Restaurant itself was empty, clean, cold, didn’t have anything...

Food terrific every time

Tonight I ordered a pizza online and when I got there they baked the WRONG pizza. I had to wait for them to redo the pizza correctly and I asked the manager for some compensation for making me wait and she refused to provide anything except the pizza that I ordered. I believe that I should have been provided more than just a “sorry” here is your correct pizza.

UPDATE: I know mistakes happen and I was a little too harsh with my expectations. Donatos pizza...
