It is EXTREMELY HOT in there, and have heard from friends it has been like that for the past few months now! and no AC is turned on, how come?! It will drive business away. I personally will not be going back.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I after multiple bad visits at Dunkin in Cornerside boulevard I have to. I go to the dunkin there almost everyday at almost the same time everyday. I usually get the same coffee everyday with the same amount of cream and syrup. Every single time it tastes different, and not in a good way. One time I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with four cream and four caramel syrup, and it was very dark. I am pretty sure they didn’t add any cream and barely any Carmel despite the fact I ordered it. When I asked them to fix it, the worker added one pump of cream and just handed it back to me, didn’t stir it, didn’t look at my order to see what he could have done to make it better. I just went today and got two coffees and they both tasted terrible, I took the lid off and there were small white chunks in it, I am pretty sure the milk or cream they were using was bad and expired. Countless times they have gotten my order wrong or forgotten something. I ordered the yam and cheese croissant stuffers and they gave me different cheese than what I ordered and bacon in it. I’ve tried to get past these mistakes because it happens to the best of us. But after today with getting bad milk, I cannot let it slide. I do not recommend going to this dunkin as it is slow service, and you are almost guaranteed your order to be wrong.

Air conditioner must have been broken because it was hotter in the building than outside of it. I placed an online order for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait inside and watched as zero employees came to the front for 20 minutes. Understaffed and poorly managed

I had a truly disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed an order for a specific coffee, waited patiently, and was handed the wrong drink. I didn’t realize the mistake until I had already driven away. When I returned to have it corrected, I was told—without apology—that they were out of the coffee I ordered.

The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution or even a basic level of courtesy, he responded with a nasty attitude, used inappropriate language, and even made a discriminatory comment telling me to “go back to my country.” This is especially disturbing and ironic considering he is also a foreigner.

When I asked to speak to the owner, he claimed that he was the owner and bluntly stated that he didn’t care about my experience.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I left feeling disrespected and insulted. Dunkin’ should seriously reconsider who is representing their brand at this location.

I’ve been a regular at this café for a while since it’s close to our office, but my recent visit was disappointing. The usual staff weren’t there, and someone who seemed to be the manager or owner was at the counter. I ordered my regular cappuccino, but it was served cold. When I mentioned it, he tried reheating thw same drink using the steam wand, but it only came out lukewarm.

Despite explaining that I’m a frequent customer and this wasn’t the usual quality, he insisted that was the best the machine could do. I returned the drink, but he didn’t offer a replacement or a refund. It was a poor experience.

Unfortunately, the service by MR Hamed is really bad, he charged me 4.97 for small ice latte however, I asked him for small hot latte which is 4.19.. he was so rude to me and waited until another guy came and helped me with my order. Thanks

This is sad because I come with 10 mins to spare before they close on a Saturday at 7pm and there are zero donuts left. I saw some thrown away in the trash. I always ask for sour cream donuts and these are always out at every location. Im kinda confused how a donut shop runs out of all donuts with 10 mins left. It is very perplexing and concerning.

First time at Dunkin’ in a few years, and my experience reminded me why I stopped coming. The tan-skinned guy behind the counter was rude and acted like my order was a problem. If he hates his job, he should quit. I left Boston for a reason.
