Air conditioner must have been broken because it was hotter in the building than outside of it. I placed an online order for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait inside and watched as zero employees came to the front for 20 minutes. Understaffed and poorly managed
I had a truly disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed an order for a specific coffee, waited patiently, and was handed the wrong drink. I didn’t realize the mistake until I had already driven away. When I returned to have it corrected, I was told—without apology—that they were out of the coffee I ordered.
The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution or even a basic level of courtesy, he responded with a nasty attitude, used inappropriate language, and even made a discriminatory comment telling me to “go back to my country.” This is especially disturbing and ironic considering he is also a foreigner.
When I asked to speak to the owner, he claimed that he was the owner and bluntly stated that he didn’t care about my experience.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I left feeling disrespected and insulted. Dunkin’ should seriously reconsider who is representing their brand at this location.
I’ve been a regular at this café for a while since it’s close to our office, but my recent visit was disappointing. The usual staff weren’t there, and someone who seemed to be the manager or owner was at the counter. I ordered my regular cappuccino, but it was served cold. When I mentioned it, he tried reheating thw same drink using the steam wand, but it only came out lukewarm.
Despite explaining that I’m a frequent customer and this wasn’t the usual quality, he insisted that was the best the machine could do. I returned the drink, but he didn’t offer a replacement or a refund. It was a poor experience.
Unfortunately, the service by MR Hamed is really bad, he charged me 4.97 for small ice latte however, I asked him for small hot latte which is 4.19.. he was so rude to me and waited until another guy came and helped me with my order. Thanks
This is sad because I come with 10 mins to spare before they close on a Saturday at 7pm and there are zero donuts left. I saw some thrown away in the trash. I always ask for sour cream donuts and these are always out at every location. Im kinda confused how a donut shop runs out of all donuts with 10 mins left. It is very perplexing and concerning.
Good coffee but dry hash browns
Terrible service. They left my order on the counter to get cold without telling me it was ready. When asked he blamed the computer.
First time at Dunkin’ in a few years, and my experience reminded me why I stopped coming. The tan-skinned guy behind the counter was rude and acted like my order was a problem. If he hates his job, he should quit. I left Boston for a reason.
Shout out to the Daniel. He dealt so well with a rude customer and showed greatly professionalism.
People make mistakes on their own and blame the guy just making their drink.
Clean place and good staff.

This morning, I went this place and I hang my purse on chair, after 5 minute commuting I realize that I forget my purse, I directly called them to look for me and if still there make sure keep it at back until I arrive there. Yes, it is my fault and they don’t have to but the answer was “ come here check by yourself” I said that it is a purse not bag he yelled “ I am busy, don’t you understand what I said, don’t you understand me” and hang on the phone. When I went to store I confront them why they are that much rude he said it is not me that talk on phone, it was my manager but the voice and accent that I heard I am positive that was him but can’t proof. If you go to this store , it is a small Dunkin’ donut, the tables just across the cashier, without moving if he look he will see.Either it was the clerk or manager this is not the customer service . Make sure you secure your belongings and don’t make the mistake I did.
I ordered 2 cappuccinos, and when I got them, half of the glasses were full of cappuccinos, I bought a few Dounat, which were not fresh at all, and the employees did not respect cleanliness at all. I do not recommend this environment to anyone

I came here with my service dog ordering something to go and they didn’t care they tough I was lying. Nice place, representatives need better customer service training.
Don’t bother coming here for donuts, they are always out. I’ve never had such a consistently bad experience at a Dunkin as this location. They should not have the power on or even be open when they literally have nothing to sell. Save your time and go somewhere else.
