The croissant is totally burnt and barely edible. I ordered online and when I picked my order up, this was what greeted me. How could you sell such a burnt croissant to a customer. Waste of money.

The manager (short Indian gentleman working on 11/25/2023 in the morning shift)Is extremely rude and unprofessional.When asking for an extra cup for coffee told me that I have to pay for a cup .This employee asked to charge me for a cup when I buy coffee from this establishment every single day.Then proceeds to talk in a condescending tone about why they can’t provide an additional cup that costs them less than 5 cents .This individual needs training in costumer service and needs to learn how to talk to repeat costumer’s and treat them .They lost a loyal costumer of 1 year because of Brian (sure that’s not his legal name) and his attitude .

I’m so glad I came to this new Dunkin’ location today! It was beautiful inside and out, very clean, with a very kind young gentleman behind the counter. Outside there are tables with umbrellas to shield you from the sun. The parking situation was surprisingly pleasant. I ordered the Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin’ Wrap, Hash Browns, Munchkins Donut Hole Treats, and two large iced coffees ☕️ Everything was delicious and delightful. The wrap was packed with protein and tantalizing flavor. The hash browns were crisp on the exterior, tender on the interior, and a perfect accompaniment to the wrap! I brought my Munchkins to work as a yummy snack. I love all the Munchkins flavors. Each Munchkin only has approximately 60 calories! And of course the iced coffees gave me all the caffeine and hydration my heart desires ? ❤️ I found the service to be pleasant and the Dunkin’ professional serving us was respectful to all his customers. It is such a cool Dunkin’ location, I’ll definitely be back. I love ordering on the app, collecting rewards points, and redeeming the points for yummy treats. And I love that Dunkin’ offers both sweet and savory items in addition their extensive drinks menu. Having hot breakfast items has been a fantastic addition to their menu! And if you’re in the mood to treat yourself, a donut is a perfect way to indulge. ? ❤️

We ordered 7 bagels toasted with cream cheese to go and a dozen donuts. Once we got home, bagels were over toasted (burnt) and had barely any cream cheese.I will definitely not go back.

I tried calling in the morning arpund 7am to order 6 dozen donuts. No one answered the calls. I end up driving to the location with my family. We ordered the 6 dozen of donuts at the store. The store manager approached me as I was paying with a very unprofessional attitude lecturing me that I needed to call ahead of time if I wanted a big order. When I told him that's what I tried to do in the morning...he stated they don't answer calls in the morning because they are too busy...I WILL NOT be going to this location again... Did not need this customer service from DD...

When I think of Dunkin', I think if ? Donuts! See? The donut ? emoji came up! Did you see that? Dunkin' & Donuts just go together! Think of one and you get the other! They belong together! Dunkin' should always be followed by the word Donuts! And Donuts bring happiness! Dunkin' Donuts! Kinda like "world peace!" Everyone wants that right? Dunkin' ? Donuts! For the good of our planet!!!

Not sure why people rate this place so poorly. Staff have always been friendly, and orders were always accurate and tasted fine in my opinion. It's been a great spot for a quick bite to and from work.This is a Dunkin chain location folks.. not some fancy gourmet cafe.

I ordered thru the Dunkin app at 11:59am and went to get my order at 12:24pm. The order was not there and they stated the order was not received. I was charged for it on the app and even had the receipt as well. One of the employees behind the counter told me I needed to call the dunkin app number and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I didn’t see a name tag either. I walked away angrily because this was my late breakfast before errands and now I was behind. I love dunkin but this location’s service is hit or miss sometimes and the employees show no empathy or care for their customers. I never had issues at other locations.
