Manager called the cops on my elderly grandmother’s get together of other elders and family. She’s been having this get together at this location every Saturday before Christmas since 1980. Not to mention, he waited until we all got our food to call the police to tell us to leave. We tried to ask why he called the police and he refused to speak to us.

Bad management, the workers here are nice. We had a friendly party at Dunkin we had almost every year since 1983 at this location. Unfortunately management has been bad, they didn't give us no warnings they the cops were going to be called or asked us kindly to leave the premises.

Coffe is perfectly fresh and hot as I ever visit never disappointed over food quality there food is very fresh always store is very very clean restroom is clean and good the only improvement they need is just some more courtesy in some staff members not all of them but some ! Some gives a very. Ride wibe as they are saying -why are you here ? lol

This store in Vienna is a complete joke. We ordered the night before on the DD app to pick up 2 dozen donuts at 7:15am for my kids to take to school. The next morning at 7:15 the app said they were preparing the donuts. A minute or two later the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. We left our house and arrived around 7:30. They hadn’t even started the order yet. We ended up leaving around 7:45 to head to school and now we were very late. Finally dropped kids off and they were late. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service at this store. DD, if you can’t look at the app and complete the order on time then turn the app off and don’t allow order ahead. Thankfully some new donut shops are opening up in Vienna soon so we can spend our money somewhere else from now on. Never using DD in Vienna again.

I ordered a medium hot coffee and It was so sweet that I have to throw it away even though I asked for only cream and the women working here in the morning on at 12:50 on Tuesday she had no idea how to make a coffee and she didn’t even stir the coffee worst Dunkin I have ever visited

I always come here if im hungry in the morning love this dunkin it is looks clean and nice the food is always amazing but most of the time the cashier does not get my order correct but aside from that amazing!

Since this Dunkin changed ownership it has gone WAY downhill. The service is terrible - slow and often get orders wrong. The previous owners had created a friendly atmosphere where they worked hard to make their customers happy. The new owners have added some cosmetic shine but nothing else that makes this Dunkin a place you'd want to go. After going to this establishment for over 16 years, I am not sure I will return.
