The service isn’t the greatest, the Indian women working inside aren’t really friendly and say they don’t understand you when asking for anything extra. I asked for napkins since the dispenser was out and they said they didn’t understand me, they also didn’t understand “pup cup”. I wasn’t welcome when I walked in and when I said “good bye have a great day” wasn’t acknowledged. The coffee was fine and was made quickly but the service and atmosphere needs some desperate friendliness.

They ALWAYS forget the bacon on my BACON avocado toast and have for years it's pissing me off. I paid an extra $1.10 for bacon in THIS economy and I can't even be sure if it'll be on the toast :(

The Chinese guy that works there gave me a decaf macchiato not a regular decaf and when I got to work I’m like this is not what I asked he doesn’t pay attention and does a terrible job at putting in orders always frequently messing up

Tried to order a head first thing in the morning to give them a heads up I had a somewhat large order over the phone. The man who spoke barely any English told me to download the app and order from there which I wasn’t going to do while driving. I was 4 minutes away so I hustled decided to order in store. I was the first person in. I told him I’m going to order the 6 breakfast sandwiches I tried to order over the phone. I said 3 sausage egg and cheese and 3 bacon egg and cheese making a total of 6 sandwiches. I say this same phrase 4 times and he still messes the order up and makes 3 egg and cheese instead of sausage (so he forgot the sausage). He then has me repay for the sausage after I had to correct the order again. English has got to be a requirement to work direct customer service.

Today, November 13, 2025, at around 4:40 PM, my partner and I arrived at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. We went in with good energy, just wanting to enjoy a hot chocolate together.
But a very rude woman, with such an arrogant and unpleasant attitude, approached us and said, “How can I help you? How can I help you?” in a snarky, condescending tone, as if we were bothering her just by being there. She looked annoyed simply because she had to work.
Honestly, we walked out without even placing an order because her lack of manners and professionalism was unacceptable. We came there as a couple to enjoy something warm and delicious, not to be treated disrespectfully. Her behavior made it clear she was tired and just working because she had no choice, not because she cared about customers. Totally unacceptable service.

As others have posted, I question the quality of the coffee here. I've been to this location several times in the past. Today's purchase order for a small coffee does not meet standards. The coffee tastes quite watered down. What a disappointment when one seeks a good coffee. Will not return.
