My family and I ordered 3 burgers and fries. We were really looking forward to them. Unfortunately, we were met with dry hockey pucks and fries that were soggy dry and flavorless. It was not cheap. Guess the empty dining room said it all!!! Never again

Foster Grill is currently offering a 25% discount for furloughed federal employees. There were no disclaimers or exclusions listed anywhere, so I went in and ordered a half-pound charred burger combo and a set of 10 wings.
After paying, I noticed that only the wings were discounted. When I asked about it, the staff insisted that the bill was correct because the burger was “already discounted.” The manager (or someone acting as one) said, “The burger is already discounted — you’re saving seven bucks. If it gets any cheaper, we’ll be out of business!”
That comment alone was unprofessional, but what made it worse was his follow-up: “I don’t have to give you anything to begin with — you’re already getting a deal.” It came off as dismissive and patronizing, as if offering this deal was some sort of favor rather than a promotion meant to attract paying customers.
I calmly said, “I hope you understand where I’m coming from — had I known, I would’ve ordered differently.” His response? “I guess?”
It’s not about the few dollars — it’s about principle and attitude. If you’re going to advertise a promotion, be transparent about the terms. Don’t make customers feel like they’re asking for charity. I’m still a paying customer, and I expect to be treated with basic respect.
As for the food — it’s okay, but nothing special. The burger, fries, and soda combo comes out to about $22 at regular price, which is frankly surprising for something so average.
Bottom line: mediocre food, poor communication, and an even worse attitude. Skip this place.

Went here for a team lunch, and was a bit disappointed in the quality--especially considering it's a grill and I got a burger. It was overdone as no one asked preference, and fries were just meh. I know it's been around for awhile, which is why I was surprised. Mediocre quality doesn't usually beget longevity. Hoping it was a fluke, but probably won't be back.

I ordered a kids chicken tender meal and the fries were not crispy at all they were soft and soggy. the chicken is tough and chewy not a good experience. i also got a chocolate milkshake and it was genuinely not good and when i asked if they could make me a vanilla milkshake (I barely drank it) she was not accommodating and straight up said no. I don’t think this is the type of service i deserve especially after I tipped 15% (before even receiving my food) AND my meal was $20!

Fosters Grille is truly the hidden gem of Vienna. It holds the best atmosphere for sport team parties. It has tasty burgers, chicken sandwiches, and Philly chicken subs. I love this establishment and have been a customer since maybe 2009. The arcade is a great spot for kids and adults who just want to feel nostalgic with a nice claw game to win a prize. I love coming here on my days off and will continue to divulge in the fabulous Monday through Friday specials. The customer service impressed me when I showed up 30 minutes before the opened on accident and they gladly took my order and didn’t bat an eye. Great restaurant!

This place is so great for families and kids!!! The staff is extremely kind and happy to provide excellent customer service!!! My kids always talk about the “really nice lady at the front desk.” The food always tastes fresh and it’s always great to get a milkshake too!!! Great for sports events as well! We brought our whole soccer team and had a blast! Keep up the great environment and friendly service! We appreciate it!!!!

i came to this restaurant to celebrate with my soccer team after winning our championship game and the owner of the restaurant was very rude to me. they had gotten my order wrong twice and instead of apologizing, her and another white employee started to argue with me about my order being wrong. i noticed her walking all over her (predominantly hispanic) employees and treating them with little respect. i am also hispanic and i feel that if i was a white teenage girl like my teammates i would not have gotten treated like that.

Chuck E Cheese for Adults.We were baffled the entire time we were there. The menu options were simple for burgers and such. The burger was dry and lacking. Honestly Freddy’s is significantly better. The wings were gross and barely tossed in sauce. Nothing we ate was good. Fast food quality (or worse) with the wait time of a restaurant. Complete with screaming kids.The whole place had a weird low effort vibe. Diner food has been better.
