Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Bread is very good and they donate leftovers to our church, which I appreciate. But I doubt I will return due to the awful customer service and unpleasant vibe of the place.
Amazing bread but they closed 30 minutes, 5:30pm, before the time online and posted on their store. This might need to be changed.
Update- there was mistake with the king cake preorder but they did fix the mistake and will preorder next year
Picked up my king cake for Mardi Gras and man it is so much smaller for the higher price
I love Great Harvest Bread! They have the best bread in the market, hands down but this particular store in Vienna does not work for me. It is more like a satellite pick up location.
They don’t have the bread in stock most of the times, and no answer to messages. The staff at the store were nice enough but can't be all that helpful because the inventory is so low. I came for rolls and there were none available. All the rolls were reserved. It is just an odd set up with odd hours. Choose their Herndon or Burke sites instead.
A small shop that smells as good as their products taste. Go early to get your favorite breads.

I said, "there's no bread," to which the clerk replied, "correct." The cheek might have been amusing were it not for the phone in her hand. How do you run a business like this? I mean logistics happens but, perhaps I'm overreacting, that was a bit like a middle finger. As I sit here in my car it looks like the delivery truck is pulling up. I'll probably buy from you this time. I probably won't buy from you again. You need to do better.
They have the best bread in the market, hands down! But their service is just terrible. The store is open during odd hours. On google it says they’re open till 6 but they close at 5PM. If you’re a working professional it’s just impossible to get bread from this place.
They don’t have the bread in stock most of the times, when you try to call, they don’t answer or never call back. The service is just pathetic. Although the associates at the store are very friendly when you visit in person.
I just don’t understand why open a store when you don’t intend to sell the great product you have. It’s just wasted talent and effort.

This bread used to be baked fresh every day but we just bought a loaf and it was cold because it had been frozen.
No needs to go to Great Harvest and pay $10 for a loaf of previously frozen bread.
Go elsewhere.
What once was a good, but expensive, product is now just a scam.

The reason I’m giving it two stars is I was at a farmers market in Arlington. My daughter remembered their bread as a child and wanted to try the apple crunch bread again. I went up to the counter to buy it and she said $13. I was a bit shocked, but my daughter really wanted it so I thought OK although I have never spent that much on a loaf of bread. When I got home, out of curiosity, I went online to see how much that loaf of bread would cost if I bought it at the store? guess what, $6….. now I get that vendors bump their price up a bit to cover their cost for these venues, but seriously more than double???? that’s outrageous.
Great local take-out bread place! The pepperoni bread is to die for. I wish they would have it every month!

Great bread
Apple scrapple is our family go to! The baked dog bone biscuits are also very appreciated by our dog.
Great fresh breads but a little pricey
Nice people, but the Sour dough bread was too soft and didn't have the unique taste of sourdough. I know that this isn't My Antonia sourdough, but just did not do it for me. I shared most of the bread with the birds!
Wonderful little bakery. Great place to get some really good bread. I love the apple scrapple and cinnamon swirl (especially when I want toast for breakfast). They also have cookies and other nice baked treats.
