I had a very disappointing experience at Greenheart Smoothie in Vienna. I ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time, expecting a smooth and efficient pickup. However, when I arrived, the staff seemed unaware of my order, which caused a delay right off the bat. After asking me to check my order details, they began making it from scratch, which took another 15 minutes.
When I finally received my smoothie, I was surprised to find that it was supposed to be an acai bowl. Unfortunately, it wasn’t blended at all, and there were huge chunks of ingredients. It was nothing like the smooth, blended acai bowl I was expecting from the picture. The worst part was that there was barely any acai in the bowl itself.
While the employees were friendly, the lack of preparation and quality control left me really frustrated. I didn’t realize my smoothie was poorly made until I got home, which is about 25 minutes away. By that point, it was too late to go back and address the issue. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Delicious acai bowl, very refreshing and rejuvenating. Service was great, the girl working was all by herself but she turned out 4 orders rather quickly and was very polite and friendly. Good location- my only regret is that I didn't join their loyalty program so I can keep coming back!
Side note: make sure they include bananas if you order an acai bowl- they do unfortunately charge ~1$ for most personalizations (I like to add in cacao nibs and goji berries)- bananas were supposed to be included and they were not.

What's up, my fellow viewers? To start my review, I want to say that the healthy food options at this business are pretty decent. The service I received from the store manager was spot on. However, the only thing they lack is a welcoming atmosphere. I was the only person at this location, and I'm not sure if it was due to the construction happening around the site, but it felt a bit empty on a Friday. Other than that, their smoothies are truly healthy and very nutritious.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was a bit difficult, but there is parking available behind and beside the building. They’re just not labeled as a handicap zone.
Great juices, great food. Service is extremely slow at the one in Vienna, VA. One waffle takes 30 min of wait time with barely two customers in the store.

I also will clarify that the staff were extremely slow because they were in the back talking, and only one person made one item at a time, so when we order two items, we watched one person make the one bowl while the other person stood around and did nothing.

DOWNHILL! Greenheart has gone downhill since new ownership. The drinks are smaller, more calories, and more expensive. As if $9.50 wasn’t enough for a cold brew, now they are $11. Food wise-NOT healthy. Greenheart claims to be healthy-their cold brew latte is 360 calories with a whopping 17 grams of fat and 34 grams of sugar!! This is another “fake” healthy option. Don’t be fooled! They removed the semi-healthy toast and changed it with sweet potato waffle which is full of sugar and calories. Service is decent for a bunch of kids-inside is clean. Just another sugar treat with a fake healthy claim.
A bit pricy but you absolutely get what you pay for. It's clear that the ingredients Greenheart uses are high quality, and I appreciate their range of vegan options.

I really wanted to like this place. I ordered in advance on their app, which showed up as DoorDash on my credit card receipt, and scheduled it for later. I called about a half hour before it was set to be ready and asked if I could possibly pick up the order earlier.
They couldn’t find my ticket. The receipt said DoorDash, so I got a little worried. I ordered again from their website and when I arrived they said they just received both tickets.
I told them I just wanted one and if they could refund me. They said they couldn’t bc the manager wasn’t there (??)
I got the second order and everything was not great. The smoothie was really bad and the açaí bowl was just ok.
I was expecting more. I think the newer staff need more training — they were super sweet but overwhelmed and not sure how to make things.
