My wife came here with our two kids in a bit of a rush. I was following behind because we had left something in the car. My wife ordered me a chicken wrap but mistakenly forgot to say that I wanted it plain. The food came and I tried to explain my wife mistakenly forgot to say plain. The manager said since it's your fault, you can order another one. He refused to replace it. I understand it was our mistake but the short sightedness of customer service is too commonplace in today's world. We won't be coming back here.

Beef tasted like it had sand granules like they didn’t wash the cilantro or other seasoning. Very salty beef. Chicken was tasty. Bread burnt around the edges.
I had a fantastic experience at Grill Kabob! The food is consistently top-notch, with the chicken and lamb combo being my favorite. The flavors are rich, and the ingredients are clearly of high quality. My only critique is that the cashier didn't seem particularly happy.

Got the Kabob beef and chicken platter. Paid $21.19. Food came in a small container, so I was a bit skeptical it would be filling. I must say, the food was amazing! And filled me up! The man behind the counter was a bit rude, but I pushed pass it as the second server was much more professional l. I'm glad I did. Will definitely go back. Have to give 4 stars when including the customer service.
