I just want to say how amazing Ms. Christine and her entire staff is at this particular location. I drive over an hour plus to have fresh, delicious food. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, the customer service is excellent. It’s all because of Ms. Christine. She makes sure you have an amazing time at her restaurant. She will make reservations for you and be sure food is piping hot and ready for you. Thank you so much for being amazing, Ms. Christine! This is a kid-friendly restaurant, but that doesn’t mean parents allow kids to run around and play when others are there to enjoy the experience as well.

Period! This place is a hidden gem with clean ambiance. The service was 10/10. They treated me like I am regular customer there. Shoutout to Yahya and Farhan for being this kind to a newbie to halal Chinese cuisine. Would recommend this place to y’all.

Their food is certified by HFSAA halal certification , so that’s a plus.
Customer service is horrible, specifically the lady who usually picks up the phone. She has a negative attitude as if she’s mad at you or something.
For this location, it says they close at 9:30.
I was reaching there by 9:15 for pick up (was scheduled to get there earlier but there was some delay due to putting the address of another similar restaurant). However, she said she would have to cancel. They need to update their timing online to make sure there’s no issue.

Don't know what happened to the quality but it went downhill from last time I visited. :( also not sure why the waitress insisted on sitting customers back to back the restaurant was empty we got there when it opened and she had the family that came in sit in the booth behind us... the booths were connected when they moved or we moved it moved both booths -_-

This is a great lunch spot, especially for people who work close by. Its not fancy, and the menu is as standard american chinese as can be, but the food is good, it comes out hot, and the people there are very nice. Its also relatively healthy, inexpensive, quick, and almost never crowded, which makes it a perfect place to hit up for lunch if you work in one of the office buildings or car dealerships nearby.

We were greeted by the sweetest woman that added a table and chair to our booth in order to accommodate our party of 5 since the other large tables were occupied.

We hit a home run with everything we ordered! Get the fried chicken dumplings! (Best we’ve ever had). We also ordered Mei Fun, General Tao’s chicken, and the orange chicken.

I first tried Hunan Village a year ago when I was working in Tyson’s Corner for a few months. I remember being blown away by how fresh the food tasted, the huge portions, and the overall quality, even though the prices were a bit high. It was worth it, and I even told my wife how good this spot was.

Fast forward to now, I’m back in the area doing a store in Fairfax and decided to bring my wife with me. I was hyped to order from this place again, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my memory. This time, I got takeout, and the portions were way smaller than before. The food wasn’t bad, but it just didn’t have the same “wow” factor as my first visit.

My family wanted to celebrate a birthday and the management and staff at Hunan Village delivered. The food was delicious, the service was spot on, and the management was gracious, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. We’ve visited other Hunan Village locations in Northern Virginia, but this one was truly a great experience.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was very accommodating to the children we had and arranged seating that was most comfortable to all of us.
