Ingle Korean Steakhouse

The service was top notch. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service. We were there for a birthday and my son's favorite is the marinated Kalbi and it typically always gets cooked last. Seeing that as my son was waiting the server said he would add a note to my reservation for the future so it gets cooked first so my son doesn't have to wait. :) The meat quality was excellent! I would say though since I been to this restaurant several times in the past, the amount of meat per the pre fixe menu definitely has decreased. In any case, excellent service and great meat quality! Will always go back!

Everything was great. This was our second time dining here. I would like to emphasize the high quality of the service.

Very flavorful and tender steaks, sashimi salad was wonderful, enjoyed complementary appetizers (kimchi, etc.) Waiter made excellent suggestions

We had a dinner reservation for restaurant week. We were seated right away. Love that there's a coat check at the front door. We had a wonderful meal - our server (and cook!) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was amazing. Good sized portions for a nice dinner out - minimal to no leftovers. Tables are large and you have lots of space. Can't wait to eat here again.

I usually enjoy their food and service very mich. But this time at restaurant week, the things were not in perfect match; the server was in a rush , the portion was a bit smaller, and etc. perhaps the restaurant was overbooked and the servers were not at their best. Hopefully we have best experience next time.

I went here for restaurant week. The food and experience were great! The wagyu cuts were high quality and the savory meals were a nice touch. By far, the best highlight was the service. Erica was a phenomenal server and the best I’ve seen in years. She was prompt, polite, and professional. I’d return with regular menu pricing if Erica was my server again.

Excellent service and the food is fresh & well prepared! We definietly will return to this restaurant for a special occasion!

Loved it! Well worth the price! The only complaints (which are a stretch!) is that they were out of oysters while we were there and had to swap for a salmon dish—which ended up being amazing! And, the entree round (mostly stews) was a bit lackluster compared to the rest of the courses.

Ingle Korean Steakhouse was sensational. We did the prix fixe menu with multiple cuts of Wagyu, a scallion pancake appetizer, two sides (beef fried rice was flawless), and dessert plus unlimited banchan like broccoli, kimchi, salad, and bok choy. Cocktails, mocktails, soju, and wine were all available and balanced.Everything was delicious from start to finish. No misses.

The service was next level. They explained every cut, cooked everything perfectly, and guided us on the order to eat each dish. I’m not even usually a KBBQ fan, and this place made me a super fan.

Disappointing Birthday Experience

I chose Ingle Korean Steakhouse in Vienna, VA because it’s often recommended as a great place to celebrate special occasions—especially birthdays. Unfortunately, that reputation did not match our experience at all.

We came specifically to celebrate a birthday, made it known, and yet nothing was done to acknowledge it. No gesture, no acknowledgment, nothing that made the night feel even slightly special. For a restaurant that’s known and marketed as a “celebration” spot, that was extremely disappointing.

The food was fine, but when you’re paying premium prices, (We spent over $380 for 3 persons) the experience and service matter just as much. The lack of effort or attention completely took away from what should have been a memorable night.

If you’re just going for a regular dinner, this place might be okay. But if you’re planning a birthday or special occasion, don’t expect anything beyond the basics. We left feeling let down and won’t be returning for celebrations.

High end Korean Bbq has been tough to find in Northern Virginia, but this is the place for that experience. The food is delicious and the tasting menu is the strategy for the best meal. The staff is helpful and you will leave satisfied. Try it out!

Every anniversary with my wife, we come here because we love the atmosphere, food, and service. Since we only visit once a year, we always have a different server, but every single one has been genuinely kind and attentive.

My wife and I don’t drink, and when the server learned that, he kindly offered us complimentary desserts from the menu instead of the anniversary drinks. That thoughtful gesture made our visit even more special.

There’s a reason why this place is ranked among top 10 Korean BBQ restaurants in the US. The quality of the beef is phenomenal, succulent, juicy, flavorful. The service is wonderful from beginning to end, and the lunch menu is also hard to beat. What a great value for what you’re getting. It’s not cheap, but we’d argue, if you want to treat yourself and have one of the best Korean Beef BBQ in the area, this place is high on our list, if not the top.
