This is the second time in a row I have requested wheat bread and they have been out. They seem to be having a stocking issue. I have also notices they are having a hard time keeping things clean so apparently a staffing issue as well. I am disappointed as this is convenient location for me and I really prefer JM over other sandwich places. I may have to explore inconvenient locations.
Great staff, not too bad on waiting times, and almost all their sandwiches are good. I had the meatball sandwich and was not impressed. Their italian though is pretty good. Overall great lunch place.
Jersey Mike's is the packaged version of a typical New Jersey, Italian sub sandwich shop. It's not quite as good as all those little Italian delis that serve them in New Jersey, but I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's the best cold sub you could get in Virginia.
