I normally do not write poor reviews. However, feel compelled to write something. I ordered three sandwiches asked specifically for wheat bread was not told that they didn’t have wheat bread yet. Despite knowing this they still made the order and when I came home, I found out it was incorrect. I called and spoke with someone who said they are the closest thing to a manager and he said “is that right? “ Rather than apologizing, this person gave me attitude poor customer service, and a manager should never treat their patrons in this manner. I will be calling the home office to file a formal complaint. The sandwiches didn’t cost that much however the unprofessional attitude and lack of common decency Was something that I could not let pass. I will not be returning here. I suggest that you find a different place or wait until this branch is under new management.

I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with silence. Not a single employee greeted me or acknowledged my presence. It's disappointing when you expect a warm welcome, especially at a place known for its customer-focused service.
I left feeling underappreciated, and while the food may be good, the lack of basic customer interaction really dampened my visit. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers can have a better experience.

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. Came today for the first time for an experience and this young black American girl cashier name DANIELLE was just so mean and disrespectful. No smile, mean face, terrible attitude and barely opened to address my needs. Even after saying hi to her and asking her why she was so mean, she kept on going with the poor and low attitude. Definitely not a place I will recommend to anyone. This is such a small place, take two seconds to be nice to a client and create a great experience. If you don’t want to work, stay home or take a break and feel better, not come and damages Clients experience and opportunities for the business owner. Food ok, but a happy slime would had make a difference. Unfortunately but everything was POOR, DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY???

I have come in for take out several times so far and was only disappointed with service once and that was from a Trainee. This place is great. The food is great, the service is great, the Jersey shore boardwalk theming is on point. I will definitely come back.

I found this place on accident after taking my mom to a doctor appointment at Kaiser which is not far a way. We got in there right at lunch time and they were very busy but were very nice and outgoing. I don't remember the daytime manager's name but he was there on a day they were talking about having to do a deep clean and he was just awesome and friendly and everybody else was very nice. Having friendly outgoing staff, especially when they're busy.... It's just really nice and not very usual at other restaurants during Tysons busy lunch hour.

Came in for lunch and this place was slammed. There were two gentlemen working the place and they were inundated; but handling it very well. Despite being backed up, they were still so friendly and worked hard the whole time. Never heard a complaint. Food came out correct and great tasting.

The service is regular from the employees who work here. They are blasé and not at all friendly. However, the sandwiches are spectacular... the food is delicious. It's a shame that the people who serve provide such poor service.

I was worried that the restaurant would stink based on other reviews but when I got there I didn't notice anything other than the faint smell of vinegar. Maybe that's what they were talking about?I got a Cancro (roast beef and pep) Mike's Way with mayo. The sandwich was awesome and huge. I saved half for dinner.Price was on par with Subway but way better quality.Recommend the brownie.
