This location is okay. My sandwiches have tasted fine. My biggest complaint is that the bread is not always cooked well- it has been thin and smashed most times I order for pick up :(
*update: the employees working today (4/10) were friendly and kind. I was having card issues, but they gave me time to figure it out. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. My sandwich is super yummy today too!

Horrible. Taking 45 minutes to pick up my 2 little sandwiches. The sandwiches are crab, they are working on delivery orders first, there were customers who had to wait 1 hour. We claimed and they didn’t even say sorry.

Despite my order not going as expected (placed for pick up only to arrive to my order not being ready due to them being out of Tuna) I want to thank Ryan for his excellent customer service and handling of the situation

I normally do not write poor reviews. However, feel compelled to write something. I ordered three sandwiches asked specifically for wheat bread was not told that they didn’t have wheat bread yet. Despite knowing this they still made the order and when I came home, I found out it was incorrect. I called and spoke with someone who said they are the closest thing to a manager and he said “is that right? “ Rather than apologizing, this person gave me attitude poor customer service, and a manager should never treat their patrons in this manner. I will be calling the home office to file a formal complaint. The sandwiches didn’t cost that much however the unprofessional attitude and lack of common decency Was something that I could not let pass. I will not be returning here. I suggest that you find a different place or wait until this branch is under new management.

I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with silence. Not a single employee greeted me or acknowledged my presence. It's disappointing when you expect a warm welcome, especially at a place known for its customer-focused service.
I left feeling underappreciated, and while the food may be good, the lack of basic customer interaction really dampened my visit. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers can have a better experience.

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. Came today for the first time for an experience and this young black American girl cashier name DANIELLE was just so mean and disrespectful. No smile, mean face, terrible attitude and barely opened to address my needs. Even after saying hi to her and asking her why she was so mean, she kept on going with the poor and low attitude. Definitely not a place I will recommend to anyone. This is such a small place, take two seconds to be nice to a client and create a great experience. If you don’t want to work, stay home or take a break and feel better, not come and damages Clients experience and opportunities for the business owner. Food ok, but a happy slime would had make a difference. Unfortunately but everything was POOR, DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY???
