I found this place on accident after taking my mom to a doctor appointment at Kaiser which is not far a way. We got in there right at lunch time and they were very busy but were very nice and outgoing. I don't remember the daytime manager's name but he was there on a day they were talking about having to do a deep clean and he was just awesome and friendly and everybody else was very nice. Having friendly outgoing staff, especially when they're busy.... It's just really nice and not very usual at other restaurants during Tysons busy lunch hour.

Came in for lunch and this place was slammed. There were two gentlemen working the place and they were inundated; but handling it very well. Despite being backed up, they were still so friendly and worked hard the whole time. Never heard a complaint. Food came out correct and great tasting.

I was worried that the restaurant would stink based on other reviews but when I got there I didn't notice anything other than the faint smell of vinegar. Maybe that's what they were talking about?I got a Cancro (roast beef and pep) Mike's Way with mayo. The sandwich was awesome and huge. I saved half for dinner.Price was on par with Subway but way better quality.Recommend the brownie.

This is normally my go-to sandwich place while at work, but that will change. I ordered my usual #8 club. Clearly, they ran out of ham and instead bought the cheapest nearby deli ham. The rectangle kind. They seemed to still have turkey, which was in the correct proportion. But just using more lower quality ingredients does not make up for not having the original stuff. The cheese may also have been store-bought, but the fact that the sandwich maker used eight slices on my sub made it challenging to determine the taste. It was simply like biting into a chunk of Elmer’s glue. Their website has no avenue of complaint or redress, so I leave this review here.

The store deserves better.Their phone calls, online orders and grill is off at 8:30 though. So please value their time. The work and effort the employees go through is tremendous so please respect their time. I saw one guy working by himself.

The company has made a change in the quality of the bread used to make sandwiches. It is spongy rather than crisp. This downgrades the quality of the overall product.

Roast beef sandwich was gigantic. The friendly employee sliced a plentiful and generous amount of fresh roast beef into my sandwich and complied with my preference for the extra toppings like banana peppers and oil. SUPER friendly and VERY DELICIOUS. will return and will tip next time. FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The crew in this location is extremely rude and lazy. I called at 8:30 pm to place an order since their site would not take the order. The gent who took the call was annoyed, short, and rude on the phone. He told me "if you are not here before we close, we will not wait for you." Even when I told him I was 5 minutes away. It looked like they had already cleaned up for the night and did not feel like working. He pretended he could not hear me. With that attitude, I did not want him near my food. God knows what kind of extras we would have for dinner. No thank you. Never again.

The sewage smell was gone. The sub was very good. The manager asked someone to leave that was hanging around. The person said no and stayed. He ran his mouth the whole time I was eating. He was trying to impress the girl that worked there.I'm not going to eat there if I see him again.
