This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever purchased from. This location is not representative of a real Jimmy John’s. I am not sure how the franchise owner is allowed to keep this store open as it is representing JJs in a negative light. I filled out the feedback form over six months ago and I was never contacted. Very poor customer relations.
I love Jimmy John’s - it is my favorite sandwich shop, but this one - is so horrible. Very sad because it is a good location. I cannot give this store business again. The sandwiches are overpriced and lacking in the amount of ingredients and stale bread. The service is just as terrible. From my previous experiences from different Jimmy John’s locations, I had been raving about JJs to a friend who had never tried it. I was excited to introduce them and we happened to try this store- they were repulsed and I was so embarrassed. Never again for this store.

My husband ordered the Italian night club on the evening of 2/3/25 and has been diagnosed with food poisoning. That was the only food he ate that night and later into the late evening he started to develop severe nausea and vomiting followed with chills and diarrhea. It’s been 2 days of hell as his symptoms have worsened. The food item they served him in his sandwich that night must have been contaminated or old as this could be the only reasonable explanation. This is highly dangerous for an establishment to serve items that are old or contaminated as food poisoning can result in death let alone major illness. We will not be dining at this establishment and highly recommend they check their products before they kill someone.

It's food. If you want better choices it's worth finding a Jersey Mike's but this place is here. Don't expect miracles.

I ordered a Beach Club sandwich, but the cashier, Kimberly, had a rude attitude and spoke so softly that I could barely hear her. She didn’t give me my receipt either. When I got home and took one or two bites, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich—a veggie sandwich instead.
I went back to the store, explained the situation, and asked for either a remake or a refund. She responded, “I don’t do that, call the manager or come tomorrow.” I called the manager, who I believe is named Blanco, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional manager.
She didn’t listen to me carefully and even accused me of eating the entire sandwich, even though I still had it with me. I feel bad for the owner that someone like her is managing the store. I will never order from there again.

I don’t know how to say it? for the food, I would give it a 5+ start, for the service, have to be 0-. last time I ordered #6 I said “ little John size “, they gave me “Giant size “ What hell!! I love Jimmy John’s food, especially the #6 the vegetable sandwich. so to avoid the “funny “ miscommunication “ I decided to order online today. I wish they could do better service or there’s one more Jimmy John’s around this area. Good luck for me and everyone.

I went in to order my usual, the hunters club. I asked for it by name and the woman at the counter said "you want a number 11?". I said once again I want a hunters club, just the sandwich, which she replied "yes, a number 11". I said fine, if that's what it is, that's what I want. After leaving a dollar tip on top of the 10 dollars the 8 inch sandwich costs, I get my sandwich and walk out while I'm unwrapping it to eat it on my walk back to work. I notice that it's some sort of club sandwich with ham and chicken. I walked back into the store and saw 10 was the hunters club. Having to get back to work, I let them know that I got the wrong sandwich and was offered a blank response. They obviously didn't know what the sandwich was called and needed a number to identify what I wanted. This is unacceptable and I doubt I will be returning, though I love their sandwiches. For what these sandwiches coat, Jimmy John's can do better in training their staff to respond to a numerical option only. If I want that I can go get fast food or chinese.

If the store manager or franchise owner is reading this, the girl working the 3:55pm shift on 3/17/2024 was useless and had an attitude. Brought in a gift card which had a $25 balance. Their machine wasn’t accepting it and she kept making me swipe it 15 times. Told her what do wanna do since this clearly isn’t working and the card has a $25 balance according to their website and she didn’t respond. She Either needs to be retrained or find another occupation. lucky it wasn’t busy, but I guess I can see why the store was empty with this service.

After a long day of work, all I wanted was a Jimmy john's sandwich. I was nice paid for my stuff. I get home, The Girl who made my sandwich wrote " ez not perfect " on it. Sloppy, wet, weird Sandwich. Making me feel uncomfortable rude. Very distasteful..

The orders are never successful. Either when placing, or when being delivered. Today I put in a few different customizations but it didn’t go through, which I only realized when the order came in wrong. Not worth the headache and inconvenience.
