If the store manager or franchise owner is reading this, the girl working the 3:55pm shift on 3/17/2024 was useless and had an attitude. Brought in a gift card which had a $25 balance. Their machine wasn’t accepting it and she kept making me swipe it 15 times. Told her what do wanna do since this clearly isn’t working and the card has a $25 balance according to their website and she didn’t respond. She Either needs to be retrained or find another occupation. lucky it wasn’t busy, but I guess I can see why the store was empty with this service.

After a long day of work, all I wanted was a Jimmy john's sandwich. I was nice paid for my stuff. I get home, The Girl who made my sandwich wrote " ez not perfect " on it. Sloppy, wet, weird Sandwich. Making me feel uncomfortable rude. Very distasteful..

The orders are never successful. Either when placing, or when being delivered. Today I put in a few different customizations but it didn’t go through, which I only realized when the order came in wrong. Not worth the headache and inconvenience.

I'm a young African male in america in 2023 so my opinion my be biased. as well as my situation may bring on different encounters from individuals due to my position as an ethnic group in this global region. So tread lightly when considering my viewpoint. Walked in @ 11 to try and be the first one to order a sandwich from this establishment. To my surprise, I was greeted not by a friendly "Como Estas" or "Hello, how are you doing" even. But was asked why I was there more or less. In my past experiences on both ends of food service it's pretty obvious why an individual may walk into your establishment after they see it is open. (Not my intention to be rude) Maybe I'm looking into it too much but that encounter did "hurt" my heart. I felt like leaving but gave them a chance to "be human" I left after examining how the remainder of my experience was going to would conclude. It was as generic as possible. Maybe I expect too much from food service in the US.

Ordered through DoorDash. Payment went through. Order was confirmed. The store called me stating that they had no one to deliver the order and they would cancel the order. Fine, I can accept that. Unfortunately, I later notice that my CC was still charged for food I never received. I contacted DD who told me to contact the store. I called multiple times to speak with the Manager who eventually called me back (a few days later) and provided proof that they cancelled the order. Long story short, DD tells me that too much time has passed while I was waiting for the manager to call me back and they would not refund the money even though I provided proof that the order had been cancelled. They also told me it was the store’s responsibility to notify DD that the order was cancelled as well.ALSO, since they couldn’t deliver, we went to the store and ordered there. They made the worst Vito I’ve ever had. No sauce, no Italian seasoning, stale bread. This place is a mess. Proceed with caution.

Ordered lunch from this location but noticed my CC was charged twice, yet two different amounts. It would seem my CC was used to pay for someone else’s lunch. Called the store for a quick fix and was told I had to send an email. It’s a month later and I’m still waiting for someone to reach out and rectify this situation. I get customer service is a tough job but I certainly can’t eat at a location this careless with their customers money. I don’t have the funds for this and I’m out $20 I didn’t authorize or consume. I’d stay clear of this location all together — it’s not worth it.

I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year now. They have a summer wrap sandwich that I enjoy. The last 2 times that I received my order, I’ve noticed that it has more filling than chicken in the wrap. I enjoy the taste but I fell that I’m not getting my money worth. I am very disappointed in this the product that they are putting out and won’t be placing orders anytime soon.You lost one!

We've ordered from here quite a bit. Sometimes delivery is incredibly quick and sometimes it takes way too long. We've now had two instances where the store has had to call because they didn't have delivery drivers for orders despite delivery being turned on in the app. If it happens once I write it off as things happen, it happening twice is a pattern and an indication of poor schedule management.

Not a great location. Delivery service is terrible and takes at least an hour (or longer) to get food. Your slogan is wrong - not freaky fast delivery. And sometimes your order is right or other times it’s not. Disappointed in the service here.

Waited 1.5 hours and finally called this location. They're still accepting delivery orders even though they 'have no drivers today'. Never received my order.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago still waiting for a refund from the owners… We just moved into our condo and had no food so was at this point starving and depending on this 10 mins delivery….jimmy John corporate said the store had to do it and owners had 24 hours to reach out. It’s beenAlmost a month and they have not. Our order was $45 the freakishly fast sub arrived an hour and 15 mins later…. I called after 30 mins to ask if the driver was lost and she (Vanessa) said he was on the way.. 15 mins later I call back and she told me they have only 1 driver… my food shows up after an hour and my sub is soggy, my drink was warm and my order was wrong missing toppings. I called back to get a refund and she told me No I’m just mad because it showed up late and that people just call and say things are wrong and she was not going to refund me. I asked for a manager and of course she “was the manager” in place while the manager was not in. She said she made my sub and nothing was wrong on it even though I told her it was missing toppings and the bun was soggy. She was so rude it was insane. Still waiting for a call from the owners for my refund. Someone else needs to take over this store because clearly the reviews from here aren’t wrong. I should have read them because I experienced the sameThing!!

I was surprised at how miniscule the contents were. Though, it was delicious and a fast delivery. Had to knock 1 star off due to lack of ingredients provided.
