The deluxe chirashi don is always a treat — they add little twists each time. My favorites are the seared salmon and mackerel, plus the sweet shrimp and uni. The shrimp head is fried crispy and so fragrant, and the roe is delicious too. Honestly, every piece was great (except I’m not a big fan of scallops personally). You can also order uni separately.

Their Anh Ni tuna is amazing — firm, rich, and very satisfying. Among the appetizers, I loved the takoyaki...

Thisnis my favorite ramen soup ever. I've tried many places, including most ramen restaurants from the list of ramen in DC/Virginia. I've tried ramen in different countries. This place has a ramen soup that makes always want to comeback. I comeback to this place for the ramen soup for an average of once every 10 days for the last 3 years :)

Had a late lunch here, so it wasnt too busy. Ramen was rich with perfect noodles and tender chashu. Monster goyza were well stuffed without being grossly oversized. Everything was delicious and the service was quick and friendly.
