This is perhaps the worst service I have ever received in my life. THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE was here. This place. I don't need to write anything about food. If I can place something as the WOSRT SERVICE OF MY LIFE, nothing else is needed to be known. Having been treated with so much disrespect, the waiter came within 1 minute to ask us "are your ready yet?" 2 younger male waiters had the worst manners I had ever seen, they treated us as if we were wasting their time. I don't care if you have even barely edible food hear, you don't treat anyone like that. This is the UNITED STATES and you treat people with respect here, regardless of their background. The korean waiters were being extra kind to white customers, but disrespecting brown customers. This kind of stuff is highly uncalled for in 2024. Learn some manners people, no one is that special of a place to do business where you create an ambiance of absolute hostility. I really don't like to write something like this, but experiences like this should be called out.

The service wasn’t good, been waiting our dessert for like 1hr and 20 mins. I talked to the waitress about it and she said ok ok and continue taking order never apologize or anything. What pissed me off is the ppl that came after us got their food first. I talked to the cashier if they give us discount and she said NO. because manager off.

Was craving crepes so the boyfriend and I enjoyed two savory crepes before doing work. It was the perfect atmosphere to have a quiet conversation and enjoy a delicious meal before starting our day.

We got our food in the pantry.
The food didn't come at the same time and was very dry. Also, the Oreo “Cream” Thai Toast was just toast with whipped cream and Oreos.
With the matcha you could taste the powder.
Then at the end our car was stopped because you didn't like our tip!

This place is absolutely AWFUL. Never in my life have I experienced such ridiculously horrible service. We ordered 2 desserts, stayed for maybe 30 minutes, and decided we were not going to tip due the lack of service and because it was just a cafe. We tipped 0 because they did nothing but place the food on the table from 3 feet away. As we leave, the male server tells the female server "look at the tip" trying to be sly, and she immediately chased us outside the door. She was trying the close the door in one me and was ARGUING with me about a tip. She was first asking why I didn't tip and was asking if the server was bad and that she will fire him since I didn't tip, and I explained that his service was fine, and I just did not want to tip on dessert. She kept going back and forth and trying to guilt trip and pressure me into tipping something, while being very hostile and putting the receipt and pen in my face. I kept telling her no and trying to walk away but she kept arguing and not letting me go and saying that she's going to have to report him now and fire him because of me and because I gave no tip. She also was telling me that he got no tips all day and was literally begging me and being aggressive to me about tipping. Basically stopping me from leaving, being angry for not tipping, and then saying she will have to fire him because of me. This happened twice before, however it was the same server those two times so I thought maybe that was a personal issue of hers, and wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt, however now I have realized that this is their MO, and today was absolutely crossing the line even farther than before. That was the most uncomfortable, insane, and disgusting encounter I have ever had in my LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAFF AND SERVICE. AND THIER FOOD IS MID AND OVER PRICED. IF I SEE THAT THEY CHARGED ME A TIP WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I WILL REPORT THEM. NEVER EVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I ordered one crepe and dined in for less than 15 minutes. I decided not to tip because the service wasn't great and our waiter walked 5 feet to grab our crepe. I left and the waiter chased me outside right when I was about to get in my car she demanded a tip and argued with us for a tip. I have never experienced anything like this and will NEVER come back. I felt unsafe and shocked that this happened to me OUTSIDE of the cafe. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

The food was too spicy so next time let them know if you don't want too spicy. However prices are crazy high...the prices on menu here are old and it's double the amount now

I knew it would taste awful when it came out and the color was orange.
Honey Toast? it's just plain toast with toppings.

I had a very disappointing experience here, and the customer service was terrible. When we arrived, the cashier told us there were no tables available. I asked if we could wait, but he didn’t respond and walked away. When he came back, he said there was one table available. We were a group of six and accepted it, but then he went to the table next to us and asked the people sitting there to leave for us. We were shocked! It’s unbelievable that they kicked out customers just to make room for us. The other customers were equally shocked.
