I’ve been here several times, and each visit feels like the atmosphere and service get worse with every change.

On my most recent visit, the cashier was very unprofessional—playing on an iPad, greeting customers half-heartedly, and even continuing a game while customers were ready to order. It doesn’t seem appropriate to be this distracted during working hours. Honestly, I don’t know how this person was even hired.

Other staff didn’t help the situation either. Most of them looked unfriendly and unwelcoming, as if they were unhappy with each other.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless I absolutely have to.

We definitely recommend the pistachio latte. The soft chocolate cake had a nice cream, but the sponge was quite hard , maybe because we went a bit late. Overall, it didn’t feel very special. The staff were warm and attentive.

Terrible terrible! For the past few years this place was our favorite until a year ago. But things have changed in a very bad way. We visited a few times in the past year and we could see/feel/taste the decline. Service was terrible. The quality and taste of the food items was also terrible. Nothing is like before anymore. I just want to congratulate the new owner/management to bring down to the ground such a successful business. Please JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY there!

Food was delicious. We ordered the chicken and waffles (honestly our favorites), salt crepes (also very good), we tried the French toast with Milo and maybe that was to sweet but is perfect if you want to share it! And the sodas, it is so hard to find good flavor sodas and we got the lychee peach soda and it was perfect, no sweet and a lot of flavor. Friendly place, I will come back!

Thai tea toast is questionable. Unsure if it’s made of real food. Eat at your own risk. Nutella croffle was good because it was just a whole lot of Nutella with some croffle. Enjoy!

A cozy café with excellent coffee and delicious pancakes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service attentive. A perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a relaxed break.

What a beautiful location with incredible food! The cortado, raspberry lechee cheesecake, Oreo waffle, and pulled pork toast were incredible! The interior design was stunning - even the bathrooms were beautiful. The staff were kind and attentive - I'm so glad we tried brunch here! Wonderful experience!

This place had the absolute cutest ambiance ever and is probably one of the nicest decorated cafes I’ve ever been to. There is so much to look at. We enjoyed a very cozy afternoon here. The staff was friendly but had a long wait time; although I don’t blame them because it appeared to be only 2 ladies working. I found the quality of the food to fall a bit short. We ordered the Oreo toast which I found to be a bit dry and was just topped with spray cream. It was cute, but I didn’t find it to be outstanding because of the quality, and not really worth the price. The rose latte I received tasted sweet and yummy, but it arrived lukewarm and wasn’t hot. However, the iced drink we ordered was pleasant and was perfectly strong and sweet. Maybe it was just what we ordered and their other food is better. Overall, I’d say the atmosphere is what really makes this place worth a visit.
