Loved the vibe here, would definitely come again, but not for the desserts (cakes specifically, they seem to be pre-prepped / bought from elsewhere, the crepes are obviously fresh). We love the food but the service staff is rude. One of the persons served us forced us for the tip. I feel they are not suppose to insist us to tip them as their service is not good.
We have always enjoyed visiting this place for its delicious Asian-inspired desserts. Although the prices have gone up a bit, we still believe that it's worth paying for the quality and satisfying portions that they offer. The unique and stylish decor of the cafe makes it stand out from other dessert places in the area, adding to its charm and making it a must-visit spot for us.Parking: There is a free parking lot for the customers but it gets full very fast as it's shared with other retailers in the building.

Very bad service, first time we went there we were only 2 persons, we walk out and they run after us and demands tip. We usually go there very often since its near our house and we always place a tip. Today we went there for a coffee, we were 3 persons and we were only given 1 minute to order since it was 9:30 and they close at 10:00. But why would they even let us in if they were not going to give us enough time to make an order, the lady literally stood up and waited for us and she was so in rush. My brother and I decided that we don’t wanna place a tip this time because we were there for roughly 25 mins and didn’t receive a good service, the lady comes to us and FORCED us to place a tip! Never going there again

Solid dessert spot, over the top desserts, pretty good but also pricey. Got this strawberry monstrosity which was recommended, which I ate the whole thing, but didn’t feel stuffed at the same time. Would recommend you give it a go!!!

I came here with a group of friends. First thing I was not prepared for is this is a sit down food establishment with a server. We were seated upstairs where they have a few tables for groups with 6 or more people. The seats were uncomfortable and the table was small.I am a dessert person and found the desserts to be underwhelming. I tried the toffee cake and though it was dry. The Nuttella toast was just that, pretty much toast topped with Nutella, ice cream, and other things. It was also dry. Service was ok. Our server forgot some orders and had to come back and brought the wrong drink for one person.Overall I would not come back. I like the concept of this place but did not think the food was good and I found the seating uncomfortable. It has nice decor.

This review to the Dumb Owner who post the closing Time 10 and didn’t mention anything about stop taking order at 9:20pmThe Chinese girl at the front she talked to us with really rude and disrespectful in her own language.When I told her we drove from Fredrick almost hour and half just to eat here then she said she don’t care.This is the sign off they will be out off business soon.Because when you have that type of attitude. It doesn’t matter how good your food is .So I will tell Every single person in this world not to go there just to get disrespect.Shame on the owner and shame on the staff who doesn’t know how to talk to their customers.

Nasty Dirty place,Nasty Dirty Staff, Specially the girl was working on night shift.Doesn’t Evan Understand English.I ordered something and she gives me something else.When I asked her that’s not my order then she start arguing with me with her nasty behavior.Finally after the argument when they gives me my food it was not worth it to come here.Please go somewhere else Don’t waste your money and then you will waste your money to get their nasty food and behavior.
Have been to this place since it was a new opened dessert place in Vienna. Alway ordered a toast every time I came here and the quality is getting worse and worse. They make smaller portion now, which I can understand due to inflation, but today is the breaking point as the bread was definitely old, not fresh, tasted weird, neither crispy nor smelled good as it used to be. They even have the audacity to have the option of 20% tips and up on the receipt for bad food and minimal service. I still like the aesthetic of this place but will avoid going back if possible.

Last time i came here was 2 years ago, but looks like they opened more space on 2nd floor for more seating!Ordered bunch of different things, but my favorite was the Mango Bing Bing. Other recommendations are: Nutella Banana Waffle, Toffee Cakes & Ice Cream.…Dang actually now i that I think about it, all of them were good equally - ill be back to try them again ?
