Good bagels and sandwiches at a reasonable price. My favorite in Vienna.

Not bad, not great. The bagel sandwich (egg, cheese, sausage on a cheddar) was a bit dry and would have been helped by a bit of butter or cream cheese.

Well we went there yesterday and ordered two things, a chicken wrap and steak bagel. First,
The price was super high for these small items, specifically the steak one. 2nd thing, I went there and I expected a bagel not a bread sandwich. I think they need to change the pricing or the names at least otherwise this place doesn’t make any sense in this area. The atmosphere is much lower and depressing than a Mc Donald place.

I used to love going here for a breakfast sandwiches but the quality of the food is so poor now. The workers are quite often chatting so loud the girls at the front counter taking orders can not hear. I dee they do not wipe down the counters or show Any concerns of cross-contamination or take into considerations, people may have allergies. I have watched them precook bacon and leave it on the flat top drying out then use it to complete an order. Not quality, no pride, just there for a paycheck. Touching handles and dirty surfaces with a gloved hand then making sandwiches. Yuck...This is why a lot of businesses are going out of business. Lack of good quality service. The Health department used to take pride in making sure businesses follow guidelines of Cleanliness. Now they deem to be missing in action. In this day of Viruses shouldn't there still be some concern. ?

Unless you have nothing to do the rest of the morning, I just can’t come anymore. I don’t know how many people can work here yet it takes over 10 minutes when you’re the only customer in the store — consistently. Weekends take 20 minutes+ routinely. I don’t expect it to be fast food — but you guys need to take a look at how long it’s taking per ticket. It’s really bad.

The bagel sandwiches are very good-Five stars there, and really enjoyed the farmhouse and the brisket sandwiches. However, prices are EXTREMELY high. $15 dollars for a bagel sandwich is wild! Maybe do a combo deal with drink, chips/hash brown for $15, but sandwich alone for $15 is crazy high in my option. I also usually go with $2 for an iced tea, a bit over $1 for some chips, and $2.29 for a Hash Brown...that they forgot to put in the bag along with my sandwich.Food is great, but not the best service unfortunately. When I ordered my farmhouse earlier in the week, I asked to swap out the ham slices for a sausage patty, just a simple swap and I had to explain and repeat 4 times until the person taking my order understood what I was asking. Then today, I asked for the brisket sandwich and a hash brown. I took my order and headed out the door to get back to work before my lunch break ended, and when I opened the bag, my hash brown wasn't in there. So if you go there, they have great tasting bagel sandwiches but be prepared to pay a pretty penny for your order, and always double check your order before leaving, as it seems one of their biggest issues is messing up orders and understanding what customers want, thus forgetting items or messing up the sandwiches.Manhattan Bagel-Telling me after I post my review, to purchase more overpriced bagels to get a "deal" every once in a while is a joke right? Also, the link you posted doesn't even work...Sadly, if you just offered a reasonable price and trained your employees to perform better customer service, this would be a regular stop for me, but sadly, I wont be returning any time soon and am dropping you from my initial 2-star to a 1-star.

Staff is friendly (I might go there too much, because they know my order when I walk in)! Good food, good coffee, all you can ask for in a VA bagel shop.

On taste alone they get 5 stars, however on 2 recent trips they have gotten my order wrong and it was too late to ask them to fix it by the time I opened the bagel sandwich. Today I paid extra for them to add cream cheese to a BE&C and they charged me but didn’t put any cream cheese.

Really small bagels that lack chewiness and flavor.

this was my first and LAST time. ordered a bagel sandwich and hash brown & took 3 bites and trashed it. the bagel was dripping grease, the cheesesteak meat was like a thin layer of some sort of beef.. NOTHING like the picture. looked like darn roast beef. it was terrible and tasted like straight garlic. spent almost $15 (because I added another egg) just to throw it away. not to mention the bagel was doughy.. wouldn’t feed it to my dog ?

What the actual heck? $8 for a bagel with cream cheese? $15 for an egg and sausage sandwich in a bagel? Absolute gouging. Walk 10 feet out the door to the Dunkin’ and save at least $30.

This is my go-to spot anytime I’m wanting a bagel or just breakfast in general. I’ve never actually visited the restaurant, but I have had it delivered MANY times over the last 3-4 years. Because I haven’t actually visited the restaurant, I can’t speak on the customer service or the atmosphere, but I can speak on the food. It has never disappointed. My go-to is a blueberry bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese with a hash brown and caramel chiller. They also always wrap it in foil so no matter how long delivery takes, my food is always either warm or hot. Highly recommend Manhattan Bagel!

The prices of sandwiches at this shop are crazy high. They used to not be like this. An individual bagel is fine. Coffee is fine. But sandwiches can be up to $15. For a tub of cream cheese -$7! I’m pretty sure that I didn’t pay this at Einstein last week.
