Staffed with 7 people on average, and you have to pick up your own food at the counter, that is, if you can even place an order because the staff stands around yapping with each other instead of focusing on customers. I dont think I've ever seen a manager or owner in this place. Will never be back. Adios muchachas!

While the selection of bagels was generous, the cost seemed a little steep. I had the Farmer's bagel ( egg, cheese, and meats) and large coffee. Cost was $20, which IMHO was a little high, but I suppose considering the NOVA area I should have expected it!

The best bagels and the best bagel sandwiches hands down. Had the egg white (avocado, tomato, spinach, sauce). Lovely staff working here, as well. Wished I lived closer. We will be back.

This was my first time coming to Manhattan Bagel. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel. I have ordered from hundreds of different bagel places in my life. When I started to eat the bagel, there was no spice, jalapeño, after kick. Nothing tasted in the bagel except cheddar. The cheese completely overpowered the bagel flavor and the cream cheese. I brought this to the attention of management and customer service representatives. Not only would they not offer me another bagel option, but they basically shrugged it away like they got my money and they didn’t care. I gave them multiple chances to offer a way to help. The customer service lady just said sorry and walked away. Under no circumstances is this acceptable. I barely ate any of the bagel before I brought it to the attention. Because they refused to give me another one. I threw it out and I left. As I walked back to leave, I saw the managers laughing together and pointing at me. They clearly don’t have any care for customers or customer service. I would not recommend this bagel shop to anyone.

Manhattan Bagel is honestly the best. The bagels are always fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly chewy on the outside. No matter what I order, it’s made just right every time. But what really makes this place special is the people. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the owner truly cares about the customers. You can tell they put effort into making sure everything is perfect. It’s not just about the food—it’s the whole experience. I could eat here every day and never get tired of it!

My daughter and I love this place. Almost every weekend we go there for our usual Jalapeno Cheddar bagel and Jalapeno Salsa cream chees. Best Bagel in our area and very friendly staff. The management is always on top of everything. Love this place

Well we went there yesterday and ordered two things, a chicken wrap and steak bagel. First, The price was super high for these small items, specifically the steak one. 2nd thing, I went there and I expected a bagel not a bread sandwich. I think they need to change the pricing or the names at least otherwise this place doesn’t make any sense in this area. The atmosphere is much lower and depressing than a Mc Donald place.

I used to love going here for a breakfast sandwiches but the quality of the food is so poor now. The workers are quite often chatting so loud the girls at the front counter taking orders can not hear. I dee they do not wipe down the counters or show Any concerns of cross-contamination or take into considerations, people may have allergies. I have watched them precook bacon and leave it on the flat top drying out then use it to complete an order. Not quality, no pride, just there for a paycheck. Touching handles and dirty surfaces with a gloved hand then making sandwiches. Yuck...This is why a lot of businesses are going out of business. Lack of good quality service. The Health department used to take pride in making sure businesses follow guidelines of Cleanliness. Now they deem to be missing in action. In this day of Viruses shouldn't there still be some concern. ?

I don’t know how many people can work here yet it takes over 10 minutes when you’re the only customer in the store — consistently. Weekends take 20 minutes+ routinely. I don’t expect it to be fast food — but you guys need to take a look at how long it’s taking per ticket. It’s really bad.
