HORRIBLE place!! they served me raw chicken and i try to call back 4 times and they either hang up / it ends the call. i can’t even get in contact with the manager to ask them to check the settings for cooking the chicken?!? this is DANGEROUS for ALL customers. will be getting in contact with corporate and food safety. this is unacceptable.

This McDonald's is a nightmare. I gave them one last chance and they have disappointed me for the last time, I would certainly recommend taking your money elsewhere. For starters most of the time its a nightmare to get in because everyone is going to chic filla but once you make it inside you will have no trouble placing your order to find receive at decent speed which just about every time in an almost comical fashion will be wrong. I've ordered a McDouble with no onion or pickle and got a plain McDouble with mayo. Simple fix right, wrong, after arguing and showing a receipt with no mistake on my part they make me another one with mayo. I wish I could say it was joking when I say they literally made this mayo sandwich for me 5 times before getting it write. 45 min of time wasted, no real apologies, no refunds, no here have free cookie. This time I go and order from there Kiosk and log in, I pay, it shows on my bank record, it goes through in there system and tells me my number but doesn't print a receipt because its out of paper it even shows my recent order in my McDonald's app, yet I have to argue to get the food I payed for because the manager doesn't see it on the screen. Instead of eventually just looking it up or accepting any of the evidence on my phone she gives me some old food thats been sitting around for a while and acts like im some bum she's giving free food. This is thee worst McDonald's I've ever been to and its my mistake for giving them another shot. The experience was so awful I think McDonald's in general is in my review

I've been here 4 times so far. Every time there is a problem with my order. Forgot the fries, forgot the apple slices, forgot the toy. Not one person in line, just the drive through. I never go through the drive thru here because I would just have to come in anyways. Crazy how disorganized this McDonald's is. Im so surprised to see so many 5 star prases! I usually dont mind mess-ups at all, that's life, we are human we make mistakes, these are not mistakes, it's just incompetence. People are pretty nice here, never felt like anyone was rude. That makes up for it.
Edit: I just asked a gentleman behind the counter if I could exchange my toy because of a duplicate.. he tried his best to find it for me and went above and beyond. Then he said sorry it looks like we only have two different numbers right now. I said thanks for trying and sat down. He came back like 5 minutes later with all the toys I dont have. Crazy how much time he dedicate to helping me out. What a nice person. Thanks you made my daughter's day.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s (544 Maple Ave W, Vienna, VA). I bought 4 Happy Meals for the Zootopia 2 toys, but all of them contained old Minecraft figures instead. When I went back, the staff just said “sorry” and gave me the right toys with no sincerity at all. The toy boxes were completely different sizes — this was clearly intentional, not a mistake. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. As an Asian family, we felt disrespected and treated unfairly. McDonald’s needs to take this seriously. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

We’ve consistently had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The managers, no matter who is on duty, are always professional, customer-oriented, and go out of their way to be accommodating. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh and well-prepared.
