I usually stop here for coffee, but today the experience was very disappointing. The coffee I received was of very poor quality. When I informed the staff, they simply said “this is the coffee,” and the manager also told me they couldn’t make a fresh one. Since I ordered online, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund either. They seemed to be avoiding the issue, and I’ve never experienced this level of ignorance at this McDonald’s before.

This is one of the worst McDonald's to go to and dine. I ordered a meal and it literally took 12 minutes before I noticed my meal wasn't ready. I then proceed to ask for a refund. And it still took another eight minutes. Before asking for the refund, it seemed like nobody was working in the rear of the restaurant. Upon leaving the restaurant, I seen 3 workers returning back to work to Rear of the restaurant As the cashier was pretty good and seemed like he was really working to fill orders. But I was too frustrated to receive the meal. So I proceed to leave as the Cashier spoke to the three(3) employees seeming vert frustrated himself!. I will never, ever go to this McDonald's restaurant again!!!.

McDonald’s is the lowest brand of restaurants anyways where you go in for obesity and heart related disease later in your life
