I was made to use the drive-tru option even though I wanted to pick it up at the counter. I suspect that McDonald's is discontinuing the dine-in option.

More of a complaint for FairFax Police / The county vs McDonalds.
Black guys standing outside the entrance on the sidewalk, making comments to everyone walking in and smoking weed next to the building. Wearing very torn up clothes too, doesn’t look like they have jobs and pay taxes.
Also, there is a homeless lady (also black) who is standing in the middle of street and looks like she’s on fentanyl.
Not really interested in visiting this establishment if I’m going to have to worry about my car being broke into.

I stopped by the drive thru and ordered the two cheeseburger meal with a High-C orange, and everything was hot and fresh. Service was impeccable, and I will definitely return again.

Went to the drive-through today. The lady was rude as hell! She seemed annoyed as soon as I drove up. I asked for a number 3. She said “Anything else?” I said, do you want my drink order? “She said so you want the combo why didn’t you just say that? “ 🙄 If I order a number 3 it’s obviously the combo. You either need to be retrained or fired because of your attitude. I get that it is a Saturday night and you probably don’t want to be at work but make no mistake, if you were better than McDonalds then you wouldn’t be working there. So I drove off because I wasn’t going to waste my time on someone who doesn’t deserve it. just some advice for the young lady. In 10 years when you wonder where your life went and why you are not where you want to be. It’s because of moments like that. In our 20 second interaction, I knew everything I needed to know about you.

The store needs to shut down, You guys have one job: put pre-ready ingredients together and make sandwiches. How can you mess that up? Also, the meat quality is very poor. If you see chicken or burger are bad, just don't use it.

I’m ordering McDonald’s for Uber eats and it’s a approximately 148 and the lady at the window customer service is beyond terrible maybe because I’m black I don’t know, but it’s not friendly.

I always order here on my lunch break, extremely close so it’s very convenient. However for the first time in my life I got food poisoning from this place and all I got was was fries and a sprite. I did not eat anything els prior to this so I know it was the McDonald’s fries, I got back to work and about an hour later started feeling extremely nauseous, cramped. I finished up at work by the time I got home I was racing to the bathroom with a trash bag in my hand for the vomit and extreme diarrhea. I really enjoyed McDonald’s but cannot eat there anymore.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location! The environment was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy my meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Most importantly, they gave the correct toy as advertised, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see a McDonald’s that gets everything right.
