Every staff member barely speaks English. I ordered 2 ranch and spicy snack wraps. I got one spicy and one ranch not what I ordered. I told them what I wanted again. Then they refunded one snack wrap, still not what I wanted. They Then brought me 2 spicy wraps and again still not what I wanted. This would've easily been remedied if at least one staff member spoke proper English.

Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup on the McDonald’s app at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order, there were two lines. I waited in the second line because the first line was full. The other line was being served while I was sitting there waiting. I then pulled up to the first window to speak to the manager and explained what happened. A young male staff member which was the cashier who was taking the orders interrupting our conversation, saying I only waited for two minutes. I told the manager I had a mobile order for pickup. She informed me that it was for inside pickup and instructed me to go to the second window and tell them. I asked if she could tell them so my order would be ready when I got there, but she went back and forth with me. I then asked for a refund so I could go to another McDonald's, but she refused and told me to call the mobile app number. I called the mobile app support, and they said the store was supposed to refund me. I just want my refund because I never received my order, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. I been a loyal customer here for 6 years.
I ordered through the app for a drive through pick up, they couldn’t verify my Pickup Code and when I pulled up to the window to seek a resolution they told me to pay for my food again and pick it up going round the drive through once more. Get workers in the drive thru that understand English. I placed a order an hour ago in drive thru and i ordered a large fry and she thought i said a large coke. Then as i get to work i notice they gave me a cheeseburger and not a double cheeseburger that i ordered. Get some people that understand what customers order

Great meal experience at 3:45 AM. The nuggets were perfectly juicy, the fries were fresh and hot, and the burgers were exceptional by McDonald’s standards. 10/10 meal, especially that late at night/in the morning!
