This McDonald’s was a total disappointment. First off, the guy taking my order kept stopping, asking me to repeat myself, and then telling me to hold on like every two seconds. If you can’t multitask, you shouldn’t be the one taking orders.
Then when I pulled up to pay, the guy at the window had the most rotten-looking teeth I’ve ever seen. I’m sorry, but how are you working in customer service, talking to people, and taking their money like that? It literally took my appetite away. And instead of just keeping the window closed, he opened it just to throw his hand up at me like, “Hold on.” Like why even open the window if you weren’t ready?
At the next window, the guy handing me my food was so slow and confused. I asked for a specific sauce, he said “What?” like he didn’t understand, and then still gave me the wrong one. On top of that, I didn’t even get my soda.
Honestly, this whole experience was gross and upsetting. I haven’t even touched my food. Won’t be coming back here again.

very upset with this recent experience. usually mcdonalds is my happy place where i can get a mcdouble, a big mac, and a filet o fish, but today the workers seemed very rude for no reason. first, when my friend asked for two mcdoubles, the employee said oh my and made a rude remark. when he asked for extra big mac sauce, not only was he charged for it, but did not recieve any sauce at all after repeated assurance that it would be on the mcdoubles. i was very uncomfortable that there were also multiple people under the influence loitering in the drive thru. extremely disappointing, save your time and do not come to this mcdonalds. there are better serving stores nearby anyways.

Extremely disappointed as we ordered and paid EXTRA for big mac sauce on our burgers, and was rushed by the employee when there was NO rush. We checked the burgers and there was no sauce and then further was gaslit by the employee who insisted there was sauce on it after we had checked. Time stamps to prove as well. Do better.

I stopped by this place since it was on the way to an appointment, and I was hungry and looking for something quick and convenient. I found the location a bit confusing, especially when it came to parking. It’s not clear where you’re allowed to park, and you have to be careful not to use private spots. I only saw curbside pickup spaces, but there were no signs indicating which spots actually belonged to the restaurant — which is frustrating if you want to dine in. Having to guess where to park, with the risk of getting towed, really isn’t ideal. On top of that, it was hard to even find a spot. Without proper parking, the experience starts off on the wrong foot.
As for the service, it was fine and quick. At least they respected the table delivery option when ordering through the app, unlike some other places that just ignore that convenience. The food was as expected — standard McDonald's quality.
However, the staff really needs to pay more attention to cleaning the tables. It was unpleasant trying to sit down and finding leftover food from the previous customer.
Overall, I recommend the place, but I’d point out that they need better signage for parking and more consistent table cleaning.

Super annoying, lately they park everyone who uses the app, even if you're only parked for less than 2 minutes. I know it wasn't because they needed time for the food to finish cooking because the fries and nuggets were heat lamp warm, not out-of-fryer hot. I get they have window times, but that's ridiculous.
Don't use the app at this location if you can help it.

Honestly we repeated our order several times at the box !!! Was not given a total and told to drive around to the window! We get our food the order is completely wrong couldn’t even get a burger with no cheese right !!! The manager said we only charged you for two and we have a long line could you drive around and get back in line!!! Then proceeded to argue with me about it after I said no because it wasn’t my fault ! She kept arguing but there’s along line !!! I’m like right I just sat in it no I will not do it again !! Why was it up to the customer to fix thier mistake !!! Why did she think it was okay to make me sit in line a second time !!!!!! When we repeated the order several times !!!

It was the worst burger I've ever eaten in my life. the meat is super pressed and cold. This establishment has a greenhouse to keep food warm. only in a short space of time. When they run out, they go to the trash. but unfortunately they don't even respect that. The worst thing I've ever eaten.
