Friday, 7/25/25, at 2:51 a.m., a lady speaking through the intercom stated come to the second window, cash only, wasn't ringing up the orders. It seemed sketchy, hence writing---just in case the owner has sketchy staff not processing orders.

What is the purpose of ordering ahead, if your order won't be ready for 20 mins. Totally ignored by the staff. Also, there is no sense of urgency. Thank God I didn't order fries. This girl was just touching them with her bared hands 😝. Won't be using this location anymore.

Every time I come to this location there’s an issue. Either they are giving me someone else’s order or the line is incredibly long. Today, I ordered through the mobile app hoping for quicker service. They kept telling me my order isn’t in the system, after showing them my order on the mobile app, confirming it was the right address, and paid for. They held up the long line for 20 minutes because they would not give me my order. I showed proof of an order and payment, it was ridiculous. I refused to leave until I received my order and they eventually gave it to me 25 minutes later. I asked to speak with a manager and they would not come talk to me. The service at this location is horrible. You’re better off going to the location down the road. That’s where I’ll be going for now on.

Standard McDonald's experience here. Service was friendly and quick and my burger and fries were hot and fresh. Definitely would recommend coming here if you're hungry and looking for a quick bite to eat, whether that's burgers or chicken nuggets or anything. Make sure to get the app so you can get three stuff with your order.
