placed a mobile order online i called for them to refund me my money and they say they couldn’t even though i was charged its $5.30 but the face they couldn’t refund me is stupid and the mcdonald’s app needs better customer service doesn’t show any phone number or cancel buttonGPS tracked the wrong mcdonald’s when i’m closer to the other one by my job

It is the best of the Mac Donalds regarding customer service. The manager has a special ability to reach the costumer and truly feel like a guest. The lady who brought us our breakfast foods was very kind and sweet at the same time. App ordering for curbside pickup is so much slower than drive-thru, and accuracy of order is less too. I used this today and they missed the main part of my breakfast order. Had to walk in after to get this fixed, in which the worker just laughed it off. Must be under different quality metrics. Drive -thru is usually on point, app order and curbside pick-up has an execution issue.
