Love this place! Food is good and priced perfectly, and the lattes they make are cheaper and better than the Starbucks across the street.

It’s a Wonderful Life

I’ve been eating lunch Mon-Fri at Metro Cafe for about 5 years and the food is always good quality, made fresh and reasonably priced.

This may not be your typical Korean cafe but boy do they have an extensive menu that would beat any sandwich shop! It's fast and tasty, nothing to complain about but to share compliments :) Try the crispy Korean chicken sand which, that's his most popular item and he makes it from scratch, better than other korean fried chicken sandwiches. Not drenched in oil or salty, it's just perfect. The owner is such a sweet old man and makes everything with his heart! You can tell he pours a lot of effort into this cafe, it's tidy and neat, clean as clean can get! Any of the sandwiches are all a safe choice :) there's snacks, refreshments, and great coffee or espressos!

I've worked in this office building for more than two years and I can tell you first hand that this cafe is a godsend. Their prices are amazing and we all local restaurants and eateries in the area. My favorite all-time dish I like to get is the bulgogi with rice. It's delicious, consistent and always filling. During the pandemic, me and my colleagues have tried to support them and order from them as opposed to all the various restaurants that are in the vienna, mosaic district. Other food that I like getting here is that turkey club, the egg salad sandwich and even their salads are pretty good. This place is located in the Metro Park office building. They currently have limited hours and I believe they close right now at 2:00 p.m. . They may open around 7:00 a.m. but you should probably call ahead to double check. I pretty much call ahead when I'm in a rush and when I go down there my order is ready. They also have sodas, snacks and candy that you can pick up and it's a great pickup during the afternoon. Please come and support local businesses and say hi to Ben the owner. Overall, a great location, good food, amazing prices and the staff is always pleasant. Oh by the way they recently got an expresso machine so go get your caffeine fix on in the mornings.

Great hidden gem across from Dunn Loring Metro. Fresh salad and sandwiches, hot & cold. Soup in the winter. I've tried a few things across the menu, but I have my favorites: chicken veggie soup, turkey club, steak & cheese, crispy chicken cutlet sandwich. Most sandwiches can get made as wraps. I have been coming to this place for years, the food is consistently tasty & fresh, made before your eyes if you stay by the counter.

Very nice selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads, and snacks. Owners and employees are always friendly. Weekly bibimbap special is great!

Their breakfast burrito is pretty good and reasonably priced. Korean lunch specials vary by the day - Bulgogi, General Tsao's Chicken, Orange Chicken, etc. Around $6, but they are not huge servings either - just a healthy serving size to get you over til dinner. This is kind of a corporate cafeteria, but the access thru the lobby is open and easy. You just have to park by the train station and walk over as there is no parking available unless you are a resident or work there as corporate parking tag holder

Wow! So many options here. I come here almost every day for lunch and sometimes breakfast as well. The staff here are very friendly and will customize any order. They really will make you anything if they have the means to do so. The place is clean as well for as much traffic as it gets. Lot's of bottled and canned drink options available. There is a fresh salad bar with as many toppings as one could ask for. They have an extensive menu that they have added on to since their recent reno. The prices here aren't hateful either. $6.50 special sandwich/chips or drink combos. That's a lot band for your buck around here. I'd be luck to get a small coffee and scone for that price across the street at Starsucks! His morning I ate a stack of 3 blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon for $5. And it was delicious. So, if you are looking for a lunch on a budget or even breakfast before hopping on the metro this place has got you covered. I highly recommend it! If you like spicy things try the chipotle grilled chicken sandwich (I don't really fancy spicy things & I almost died but it tasted great!)
