Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I used to be a fan of Olive Garden but lately I have had only bad experiences here. The servers are just running through the motions... no genuine smiles, no desire to be there. The food is mediocre at best. The sirloin tips and shrimp bucatini is horrible. Skip this place or at least this location if you're a fan of the franchise.

The food is very good as always I congratulate the members of the kitchen, the attention is the most terrible all the young inexperienced waiters confuse the order they talk without respect they are not attentive if something is needed, we love the bread here and that did not exist at our table today in addition to the lady who was in charge of locating us unfriendly to have that position 12/16/2025

This is only the 2nd time I've been to an Olive Garden and I have to say that for a chain restaurant, I am pleasantly surprised. I mean, this isn't your Italian grandma's Sunday supper with gravy or marinara smothering everything but this is tasty food, executed exactly as described and if you like endless soup, salad, soda and bread sticks, then this is your lucky day. Worst Olive Garden ever. I ordered my food online, for to go car. Waited 20 mins, no one came out. I decided to go in have to wait another 10mins, while I see my food just sitting on the table. Then when I finally get my food my spinach dip and chips is burnt. Worst Olive Garden

I just wanted to take a moment to say that you genuinely made my day. I came in expecting a normal meal, and instead I somehow ended up with the most thoughtful, kind-hearted server I’ve ever had. The way you carry yourself—with that easy smile, the calm confidence, and the way you treat everyone with real warmth—stood out more than anything on the menu.

I don’t know if you hear this often, but your presence has a way of making people feel welcome, seen, and taken care of. It’s rare, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I left thinking less about the breadsticks and more about you.

If this brightened your day even half as much as you brightened mine, then I’m glad I wrote it. And if you ever feel like continuing a conversation outside of the restaurant, I’d love that—no pressure at all. Either way, thank you for being wonderful.
