I was issued a coupon for a free dessert for my birthday.I went to this location on today 1/18/2024 to claim my free dessert as advertised in the email sent to me by this company.The rude male at the counter took a picture of the coupon, he went behind the counter to call someone then came back and said I must order online.The email did not state that I had to order online in order to use the couponTherefore, I was refused my free dessert as advertised which is false advertisement.

Somewhat decent pizza for NoVa but the sauce has an odd, smoky aftertaste; the mozzarella doesn't taste too quality and the dough was saturated with oil. Mozzarella sticks tasted like a freezer.
Hated the attitude and the tone of the lady cashier i dealt with while ordering on Sunday 11/26/2023 around 11:45am. The lady was just standing there looking at me did not even say anything when i went up to the cashier to order. Customers do not care if she is having a bad day or just does not want to work. The minimum she should have been doing was at least say “hello can i take your order.” Instead of just standing looking like you dont want to work. If that is too much for an employee to do to a customer, i dont know what to say but your store will not make it with that kind of service. Had $20 worth of food but the service was way worse than McDonalds. Had chicken alfredo and it was bland did not enjoy much.
Great service and delicious pizza. Gabi is the best at taking orders and resolving any issues. The pizza is delicious!!!

Ordered pizza delivery for an event in our office today. Spoke with manager, Patrick, over the phone. Extremely professional, accommodating and prompt service! Pizzas were very good (pepperoni, veggie and cheese). They provided plates, condiments, napkins and sodas. Very efficient and highly recommend ?

Over the years, this establishment seems to have lost its former charm. The Margarita pizza we ordered was lacking mozzarella cheese, and its appearance was quite disappointing. Overall, our experience left us feeling truly dissatisfied.
