I like Panera bread , but i do not like this location. I've been there at least 3 times, (mostly because of business). A couple of times the cashiers were somewhat unfriendly and rude, and delivery was slow.

I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day. Every single person here is awesome, Omar, and his team, Guchi, Patty, Garry, Karoleus, Karina, Phillip, Michelle, Ellen, and .... others that I am sorry I might have missed. This kind of hospitality, big smiles, and professionalism is hard to find in this day and age, and it is the reason I keep coming back everyday. This is my comfort place.
