Great Panera location with convenient ordering through the mobile app or kiosks in-store. The service is always prompt, professional and personable. I've always been satisfied with the items I've ordered here.
This location is placed amongst other major shopping locations and has plenty of parking in their large free parking lot.

Not very welcoming! If you see you have a customer waiting at bare minimum greet them! When there isn’t any kiosks available for a customer to place their order, taking the initiative to take their order would be nice! Bad service in a shopping plaza with 6+ more restaurants…..I’ll just go elsewhere as I did today.

I ordered from the Panera app for an arrival of 11:50-12. I check back before I walked into my customers office at 12:15 and it now says an arrival of 12:33! No number to call anyone on the app. I had to go to google and get the store number and call them. Door dash blames Panera for being late and door dash says Panera was late with the order. I will not order from Panera again. I have been ordering for 2 decades and no longer will.

I should have written this a long time ago. I have been coming to this Panera since they opened . Because of the staff, mainly Edwin and Judi. Not only are they great at what they do ; service, attention to detail, They are great people, always friendly, always helpful and fast . Its because of people like Edwin and Judi I keep coming back , Ewin and Judi thanks for always giving us your best !

I had a large order for this morning that, at the last minute, I had to delay but not cancel. People I work with weren’t going to be arriving at the office in time to accept the delivery.
Even though he couldn’t edit it in the system, he made calls to ensure my order would be slightly delayed so that people would be there to receive it. Because of him I was able to take care of my team at work.
Great customer service and fresh food. Hopefully someone who can give Roberto props ends up seeing this.
