I like Panera bread , but i do not like this location. I've been there at least 3 times, (mostly because of business). A couple of times the cashiers were somewhat unfriendly and rude, and delivery was slow.

I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day. Every single person here is awesome, Omar, and his team, Guchi, Patty, Garry, Karoleus, Karina, Phillip, Michelle, Ellen, and .... others...

It’s the usual Panera experience with a delicious selection of food.
However, the dining area felt a bit off. It was giving an uninviting feel. It was somewhat comfortable, but the ambiance just didn’t feel right. Overall, the place could benefit from an update and improved lighting to bring it up to the Panera vibe. That said, the food & staff were great as always!
