I love this panera! The service is amazing with generous portions. The sandwiches are made with love!! The hosts are so nice. My favorite are Desi and Ragy!

There is a very nice latina lady, quite young, and another lady, I remember she wore a long ponytail. Both were very respectful. They say the employees make the restaurant. This is an amazing one.

Panera has gone downhill. I used to come here all the time and have not been here in a couple years. The bread was very stale. They are not a lot of delicious pastries laid out when you walked in. In fact, it’s a measly offering compared to what it used to be like. I guess competition is catching up with this brand because it just doesn’t compare anymore.

Basically a place where they hand you the ingredients and you make the meal. I ordered the soup bowl, I got a piece of bread about the size of a cantaloupe with a orange size circle cut onto it. You have to hollow out the bread which becomes the bowl and then you take the plastic lid off the Styrofoam cup and pour it into the bread bowl. Might as well buy the bread at any store and a can of canned soup, same thing. Maybe it's what you want to take back to your office desk but there was no option. And for the price you would save about 70% buying the bread and the microwaveable soup. So, no I won't be going back. I stopped going to Panera years ago because I was charged around $10 for what was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich, which was toast with a cold piece of something like the plastic wrap cheese. I broke my promise to myself and gave them another shot. It's an OK place but there's plenty of better places.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Managers present helping speed up the serving process and they are very helpful should you need anything. ALI provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Ali went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Cannot recommend dealing with him enough.
Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera. For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4. We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado. The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!

The Panera here is great, although a few things could be improved. The staff are really nice people, and the food here is always freshly made. However, it is a bit difficult to find space here, especially since a lot of people like to come here to study. I do use the kiosk because they don’t hire enough cashiers, but I happen to be out of luck when the kiosks don’t work. I also miss the buzzers they used because I’ve had experiences with my food waiting outside and getting cold, and my name taking time to show up in their tracker (like 10 minutes). Also, some of the tables could be cleaner, but that is not the staff’s fault, but the customers. I do wish there were more people cleaning the tables though.
I do keep coming back, but I hope this location takes my suggestions into account.
Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian options, and one of my family members who is vegan, gets the red pepper sandwich.
Dietary restrictions: They are great
Parking: Parking is a little cramped and drivers do speed here, and it is close to where people enter the shopping center, so you just have to be careful. I park at the back, but even with lot of parking spots, this shopping center is popular among Vienna residents.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp entrance.

I have no complaint with the food. As with other Panera stores, this one has good food too - based on the ONE visit I had. However, I am never going back to this place again, due to the RUDE service I get there. The guy was clearly unhappy and he treated me like I was begging for food from him. He looked like he would be happier if I do not dine there. And that is going to be what I do - never visit this place again. I will still eat at other panera places, but not this one. BAD service. Visit if you belong to certain ethnic groups that the cashier likes to see.
