We were dining at Patsy’s and, after being seated, waited over 15 minutes without a server coming to our table. A lady in a red business coat named shelley noticed and kindly stepped in. She was absolutely lovely took our order herself and even offered us a complimentary appetizer, which we really appreciated.
However, the server who was actually assigned to us, Andrew, only came over halfway through our meal to ask if everything was okay. He never acknowledged or apologized for the long wait, despite us seeing him standing around doing nothing. By the end of our meal, we had to ask twice for a to-go bag, as if he hadn’t heard us the first time. Whether he is new or not, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness left a poor impression.
It was also disappointing to see the table next to us greeted properly by their server, who introduced himself and explained the specials—something we never received. Thankfully, the shelley who helped us salvaged the experience, but overall the service from our actual server was not up to standard.

Great restaurant with different seating options to suit most guests, staff were great attentive but not constantly in your face well worth visiting for drinks or a meal .

Interial design looks pretty. Foods are great taste. Open kitchen feels like very trustful their foods. Waitress services are very professional and kindful. We tried Louisiana pasta and baby back ribs. I am recommending to try to others.
