Just dined there for dinner with my boyfriend. The food was really good. However, our server was terrible. After receiving our food not one time did she check on us to see if we needed anything or if we were ok. She checked on the other tables around us. OTHER servers had the decency to make sure we were ok. Very disappointed with Patsy’s.

Food was great, but service could have been better. My appetizer was forgotten and waiter offered a free dessert, but only offered - no follow through. It is a shame...when the place opened, Randy approached me just to ask if my drink was good...told me Patsy was his wife.
Decent prices for what it is. I had to wait a strangely long time to close the check despite being seated bartop.

I very much enjoy the laid back vibes at the rear end of the restaurant and can’t say how much I appreciate the bar tenders attention to refills and checking in. Never skip on the brussels sprouts because they are delicious and I’m not sure if it’s Patsys or Rob the bar tender but they make the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had in my life. My girlfriends and I all agree it taste like a Starbucks Frappuccino.

I wondered into Patsys American after a long day of work and much wondering around trying to find a sit down place after hours. While the food is nothing to write home about, it is a LIFE SAVER for decent late night that’s not just your average fast food. It was very crowded with a sports bar vibe, so not exactly what I was looking for but boy did it do the trick. Highly recommend !
Had a wonderful experience dining at Patsy’s. This is another fave along with Jackson’s in Reston. Their drunken ribeye was prepared the way I like it, it’s gotta moo. Enjoyed the crab cakes, warm goat cheese salad, brussel sprouts and decadent chocolate cake with a side of ice cream and whipped cream. Really enjoy all the great American restaurants, along with Best Buns, Carlyle, Jackson’s, Coastal Flats. Consistently good food ???

And let's not forget their iconic Ozzie rolls with honey butter, a steal at just a dollar per basket, and even more irresistible given that all proceeds benefit charity. The service is attentive and accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. The manager's proactive approach to ensuring my meal was safe and allergen-free was truly commendable. Whether it's a special occasion, a business lunch, or a casual get-together, Patsy's is a reliable choice for a memorable dining experience. 5 stars across the board from me.

Came for my birthday. Ordered 2 beers with wife. Waited 10-15 minutes for it. Ordered food and right before it came we said “can we have another glass of beer?” We finished our food and beer still had not arrived. Ordered to go for kids at home. Fırest, the order is brought to our table with missing items we had ordered. Then we are asked if we would like a bread pudding to go on the house to make up for all of the hiccups. We waited 15 minutes for the bread pudding as the to go order became cold. The bread pudding never came. We left without it. Have been here many times. Never had an experience like this.
