My first visit to Peet's Coffee for a cappuccino was a delight! The small parking lot may require a second pass, but the service with a smile and the pristine setting made it worth the effort. I dare say their coffee might just outshine Starbucks! Planning a return visit to confirm. Peet's, you've piqued my interest!☕️?? I love Peet's coffee. It's what I buy and brew at home. I wish there were more locations in NoVA. It's better than Starbucks and I'm a very loyal Starbucks consumer. The pastries were the best I've had from a chain bakery in a while.
Service was on point, coffee was good, and the chicken and waffle sandwich was the best thing I have ever put my tongue and lips on. And the ambiance is good too

This is an awesome location, nearish to the airport so it's a good place to hang if you arrive early, and goodness knows their coffee is 8xs better than Sbux. They have lots of outlets for working. My complaint is that my cup was literally leaking out the side and as it dribbled out the cup all the way back to the counter, the barista stuck the leaky cup into a second cup (seriously couldn't you have poured it into the second cup?) and went back to work without ever looking me in the eye or saying a word. The coffee shop was nearly empty at the time, or I would have just thought they were busy and stressed. But no, they were acting irritated because I wanted a cup that wasn't leaking. Dare to dream.

I usually go to the Fairfax location because the staff is very efficient and fast. Their cafe is a lot nicer as well. I order a large order for pick-up every friday for my meetings through the Peets coffee app. The Fairfax location had coffee boxes unavailable for a long time so I had to start going to the Tysons location. Every week there is an issue with my order at this location. Either the milk is missing, they didn't provide napkins, the baked goods were stale, or the order was not ready by pick up. I would place the order around 7am every Friday so that it's ready for a 7:15-7:20 pick-up. I expect to arrive around 7:30-7:45 just in case they need more time. Every time I have come to pick up the order, the order is STILL not ready for me to grab immediately which causes me to run late to the meetings. That is frustrating considering that parts of the order are also missing. When I come in I am not greeted or no one says thank you back after I say thank you. No one hands off the order to me by my name on the order. I usually have to look around the pick up counter and find which ones are mine while the employees are talking to each other. When I call to get a refund on the missing items, they said it's not possible unless I come in in person which is an inconvenience. This location is really lacking.
