I was starving after an appt on this strip and walked by the Perfect Pita and decided to give it a try. There really wasn't a menu to look at when I was trying to decide what to order, but there were signs with pictures indicating what they had to offer. I went with a smoked turkey bacon on a wheat pita. The order came out pretty quick. Once I got home and unwrapped the oita I could immediately tell it was really dry. So dry that the pita was breaking in my hand. It was so thin and dry it was disappointing. The bacon was scarce and super hard. Turkey wasn't "smoked" in flavor as indicated. I gave up and found something else to eat. It was definitely a waste of money.

Don’t waste time. They reheat the falafel and serve. And too dry sandwiches. Overly expensive and bad service. Go to pita falafel instead.

They refused to do a gyro sandwich in a lettuce wrap or put the meat on top of a salad for me. They have a chicken lettuce wrap so they can definitely do it, the teenager behind the counter just wasn’t willing to modify it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Hands-down the WORST falafel pita sandwich I've had! Perfect Pita couldn't be further from the truth. Not at all authentic.The flavorless falafel was super dry and crumbly. The sandwich felt incomplete and surprisingly doesn't come with feta cheese or any hummus or tahini sauce, which isn't even available! After paying 2 upcharges of $0.59 for a scant portion of the original and roasted red pepper hummus to be slapped on my sandwich, I could barely taste them. The sandwich was super dry and left much to be desired. The dense wheat pita didn't have the fluffiness that I was hoping for.The complementary chunky tzatziki sauce that came on the side was so thick that I couldn't easily drizzle it on and didn't taste fresh. Too bad I didn't receive any utensils as a knife would have come in handy to spread the tzatziki sauce. Ended up using my fingers. ugghh! Not even all the tzatziki sauce could save the sandwich!To make matter worse, when I sat down outside at one of the tables in front of the restaurant, there was a large spiderweb. It looked like table hadn't been touched in a while.The falafel sandwich is a far outcry from the Perfect Pita. Total let-down for $9.I've had Perfect Pita on and off over the past decade since college and rooting for them. Maybe given them another chance? I'm finally throwing in the towel.With so many great sandwich options in the area with Potbelly's, Pike 7 Plaza, and the Boro - don't waste your appetite here.

Absolutely the worst experience ordering from this place. I called in an order for 6 people at 11:00am for a pickup at 2:00pm. I was then called at 1:50pm stating they did not have enough “supplies.” Avoid this place at all costs.

The steak and cheese pita is honestly an improvement on most cheesesteaks. Lighter calorically and more durable against the undesirable soaking-with-meat-juice phenomenon many french breads are prone to.

If you like Mediterranean food this is the place for you I eat here at least four times a week generally for lunch. Everyone that works here knows me. I am the definition of a regular. Wonderful staff. Clean restrooms and clean eating area. The are concerned with customer service. I know because I'm high maintenance as they come. They treat me well.

My favorite place for a quick lunch! Their hummus is so good. I appreciate they have parking and it's really close to the mall. I try to eat healthy most of the time so they have a lot of good options for me.
